Emily, Head Dental Nurse, was very good at communicating with me, the patient, as to what was happening re my treatment. The dentist was concentrating on the job at hand and so Emily's reassurance and professional approach was invaluable.

Gateway Dental stars
From recption, to dentists and dental assistant, and back to reception were all patient, friendly and professional. I was a nuisance patient with lots of stupid questions and rotten teeth, but they took the time to explain pros and cons, including seeking advice from a colleague with specialist experience. Appreciate and value your NHS dental service !

I highly recommend this practice. The care and attention I have received here are second to none. George Billis did wonderful work and the implant matches my teeth so well you wouldn't know its not real! He has a wonderful caring team so any nerves you may arrive with soon disappear.

I have recently joined this practice and I would definitely recommend to everyone.
They do a payment plan which is affordable and my dentist explained fully what I need to have done and the hygienist is very helpful and made me laugh.

Solved a painful problem prior to holiday whilst away from my usual dentist.
I was experiencing very frequent pain in my tooth and jaw and was miles away from my usual dentist. Gateway arranged for me to bne treated on the day i rang. Everybody was very attentive abnd friendly and all the formalities were quickly done. I thought the dentist treated me with top level care and most importantly the problem i had for the last wo weeks has been resolved pror to my departure to North America.

Best dentist I’ve been to
Went to them for years. They were always kind, patient and efficient. Even a year on after I moved to a new area I emailed them as I needed copies of their 360 xray. Within half an hour I was sent copies from amber. Truly perfect service. I’ve not known a dentist like them to be honest!

Superb dentists, friendly and excellent care
An excellent, professional, warm and friendly practice. My complex treatment plan over several months was designed to be minimally invasive, to achieve the best results with the lowest possible costs and inconvenience. The solution Gateway dental provided was elegant and intelligent, with a dedicated staff and superb service, other dentists had suggested brute force, bone grafts, or some cases, even rude. The treatment from Gateway was beyond compare.

Root canal marathon
No one would choose to have over three hours of root canal work but sometimes you just don't have any other option. I can't pretend it was enjoyable but it was significantly better than I'd expected, performed with real skill and care - and painless!

Wonderful people and service.
I have Autism and adhd, I get extremely anxious about medical/dental issues. Both the reception team and the dentist were amazing. Very high level of care, and was made to feel at ease at all times. I really can't recommend them enough.

My root canal treatment with Dr Billis…
My root canal treatment with Dr Billis was exceptional from start to finish. My options were explained to me very clearly, in a way that I could then make a well informed decision. The procedure itself was one of the least painful dental treatments I have had! I would highly recommend him.

Execellent service
The reception staff are fantastic and always make you feel comfortable. All the dentists are great ( I've seen a few of them) but especially George. They are brilliant at squeezing you in with emergencies. Highly recomended.

I needed a complex root treatment
I needed a complex root treatment so my Dentist referred me to this practice. All the staff very helpful and friendly. Had a consultation with Maria Chountala who was very kind and explained everything. Dr Georgios Billis carried out the procedure he was expert at his craft and saved my tooth. I was pretty nervous but I knew immediately I was in very capable hands, he was kind and considerate and I felt at ease.

Friendly, knowledgeable and experienced staff
Writing this review on behalf of my mum who lives in Hove. During her recent visit, the front desk staff were lovely and her treatment was excellent. The dentist and nurse taking care of her were proficient and she was booked immediately for the next visit. Thank you to Gateway Dental for taking care of her.

Paid £80 for nothing
Paid £80 for a consultation, they looked in my mouth said everything looks okay. They wanted to take three x-rays but didn't as I didn't have the funds. They would not allow me to owe them.
The week after my tooth split in half.

I’m 42 and suffer with anxiety quite…
I’m 42 and suffer with anxiety quite intensely. This has stopped me going to the dentist for many years. However I needed a tooth out so had to do it. These guys not only have fix my tooth, I am now booked for regular checks. They help me every step of the way in building my confidence and I’m now not anxious about the dentist.
