Ordered three items, only one arrived. Have emailed the company twice but have had no reply. No contact telephone number on their website to call.

Good service. Highly recommended

Advertised next day dispatch! After a week I asked if the item had been dispatched- no answer. Another week i asked again - no answer! I then decided to cancel the order and asked for a refund - no answer. I tried again and used their website cancellation button - yep no answer!
Over 4 weeks later it arrived in a damaged padded envelope - pathetic

It took me 3-4 weeks to get my order delivered. No comminication in-between and no apology . The product is of very good quality but the service is bad. If you ask me how bad - very bad. Pleàse improve your services and communicate when you anticipate delivery delays.

Took ages for it ro be delivered. I emailed many tomes.ro cancel order and no response. Eventually came (3 weeks +) and pretty sure the cable wasnt genuine, no box or anything to state it was the real deal. I wouldnt buy from again!

Ordered a samsung phone charger on the 15 Aug, and order confirmed, with note saying we will contact you when item despatched. Now 26 Aug and still waiing for them to tell me its despatched!!! Have contacted them by email several times and no reply to any of them. So obviously a scam, as money taken - could not find any way to get money back. AVOID this company.
UPDATE recieved today wrong lead!! Does not fit the phone !

I would give zero stars if I could, shocking service, no product has arrived that I bought and paid for, no communication from this company when i emailed, so requested a refund still no correspondence from them, No I would not recommend to anyone, avoid!

Couldn’t be less happy if I tried. Had to open a case with PayPal to actually get item. No response whatsoever from customer service. I even doubt that the item is genuine Samsung as advertised (no logo on item and sent in plain plastic bag).
I should have read the reviews before ordering.
Just a gnats short of being a complete scam (diplomatic language!)
Spend your money elsewhere.

Order arrived ok, Samsung fast charger for phone. However stopped working after a month or so. Ignored emails on asking for refund. Suspect product is a fake.
Eventually found response on PayPal saying “product only guaranteed for 7 days. If problem return to manufacturer.” AVOID!!

I chose them as it said same day despatch if ordered before 4pm and it was in the morning, no same day despatch and no contact from them. I also paid extra for a tracked 48hr delivery and had no contact to say it had been despatched or from them when I chased. I cancelled the order and had no contact from them. And then the item turned up over a week later.

You never answer my emails

I wanted a Samsung charger for my new watch ultra 2. Unfortunately, when I compared the ultra charger to the one that came with the watch it was different and not as concave so I requested to return it the same day it was delivered. I have not yet had a response.
To be fair, delivery was quick and the charger looks like it is probably official Samsung. But I expected an easier return, especially when their website says 30 days return guarantee. I'm only writing this review because this email arrived before anything about my return.

Very late delivery. No email update or notification when it might be arriving or why it was so delayed. I nearly cancelled it a few times, but decided to wait a bit longer and see. Also, that's the intial tracker, so hiding the 'tracking data' behind a login and app to 'track' my package is a very poor customer option.

did not receive goods paid for .Put in laymans terms It's a RIP OFF

Ordered a charger on Saturday 1st August, paid Royal Mail Tracked 24 and nothing turned up, sent email but no response, only after filling a case with PayPal do I receive the item on Friday 14 August.
Would not recommend this company to anyone

Don't use this company. They promise next day delivery which you pay extra for. Item does not arrive within 15 days. Cancelled order before despatched asked for refund still haven't got it. They do not reply to messages, still tried to send item even when cancelled was written on my order with them. This company is fraudulent in its claims and takes money for goods it does not supply neither does it refund your money.

Absolutely awful company .
Paid for goods after couple of weeks nothing. Got in touch they said will let you know when out for delivery.
A week later nothing got in contact twice more which they couldn't even be bothered to reply to.
Had to request refund from my credit card company.
Would stay well away.

Do not waste your time time with this scam , robbing company !! . Take your money and dont send your item.
I've requested a refund as still not recieved item.
No replies from email either !!! . Seriously don't bother with them at all . Might contact trading standards and citizens advice if no response from them.
