Absolutely awful company .
Paid for goods after couple of weeks nothing. Got in touch they said will let you know when out for delivery.
A week later nothing got in contact twice more which they couldn't even be bothered to reply to.
Had to request refund from my credit card company.
Would stay well away.

Do not waste your time time with this scam , robbing company !! . Take your money and dont send your item.
I've requested a refund as still not recieved item.
No replies from email either !!! . Seriously don't bother with them at all . Might contact trading standards and citizens advice if no response from them.

Ordered my item over a week ago and after 4 emails with no response I take it that I will never see my item..5th email sent asking to be reimbursed cost of item and 48hr postage costs they stll haven't had the decency to reply.....rogues???

Ive not received my order and would like a refund. Its been a week and no update.

Order placed and acknowledged on 19th July 2026. As at 6th August 2026 nothing received nor heard. I sent an e-mail on 28.7.26 but did not even have the courtesy of a reply. Cost of order was eleven quid and a couple of bob so not a great loss in the scheme of things but that's all the dosh this robdog firm will get out of me.

Scam. Not Uk based. 2 weeks and no charger, no response to email and no telephone number. Avoid by all costs

I ordered a phone charger . They accepted the order and sent me the tracking via Shop. It is showing awaiting instructions and not dispatched. I have not received the item. I emailed them and contacted them via their website after 7 days but have not had a response. As I had paid by PayPal I started a case and was given a refund. This company is not good and it appears that the same thing has happened to many buyers. Definitely a company to avoid.

Ordered from them for 2 chargers on 19th of July. Emailed and asked them to be cancelled after a week of no dispatch or delivery. No response and no refund. They are clearly a scam company.

Used this company a few years back & received what i ordered with in 2-3 days. I recently purchased another cable, had no confirmation on delivery…emailed them also no response. So i definitely won’t be using this company again. Just scamming people now….not sure what has happened, but stay clear…you won’t receive anything.

still waiting for an order placed a week ago - still "getting it ready" - sounds like they're selling stock they don't have...equally hard to cancel the order

I ordered a pair of wired Galaxy earbuds. The earbuds were faulty and dangerous to use. I suspect they were also a fake item. No response from customer service to emails. Good luck to anyone buying from this scam seller.

I ordered a Samsung charging cable for my phone, when it arrived it was the wrong one, I've emailed them 3 times to ask how I go about getting this sorted out and they have ignored every email.
I will never buy from this outfit again. I wish I had read reviews before I bought from them.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
I should have read the reviews here before ordering a charging cable from this company, which was suggested by a Google Gemini response.
Their web page says "Dispatched the same day if ordered by a certain time" and delivery by "Royal mail 2-3 working days"
I ordered late Friday expecting delivery the following Wednesday.
The order was not dispatched for 10 days.
I needed this cable urgently so I emailed them twice for an update with no response. I thought I had been scammed.
I decided to buy the cable from a different ebay seller, and it arrived within 3 days.
I cannot return the cable bought from GBMobile because I have no confidence that they will refund me.
An expensive lesson learned.

Ordered phone charger from GBMobile...GBMobile confirmed the order on the July 9th July , and would email when order was dispatched...Although I paid fpr a faster delivery...I still have not received an email confirming dispatch...this is a week later...
I have emailed them regarding progress of my order...have nothing from them as yet...
You only get one chance for a first impression...

Absolutely terrible service. Do not buy from this seller. It has been 4 days since I ordered my phone charger, and I still haven't received it. I paid £6.99 for Royal Mail 24 Tracked, but I never received any tracking email. Every time I check the tracking page, it just says "No information found."

To make matters worse, I paid extra for Royal Mail 24, yet my order was dispatched with Yodel instead. If you're going to charge customers for a specific delivery service, then that's exactly what you should provide.

I've emailed the seller multiple times and filled out their contact form, but I've received no response whatsoever. The customer service is completely unacceptable. On top of that, there's no option to cancel the order, leaving me stuck waiting with no updates and no support.

This has been one of the most frustrating online shopping experiences I've had. I paid extra for a service I didn't receive, have been ignored when asking for help, and I'm still waiting for my order. I will never buy from this seller again and would strongly recommend that others avoid them. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration by shopping elsewhere.

I ordered 3 Samsung Data cables and paid for these, however only 2 data cables came through the post. They have not responded to any of my email communications requesting why this was. Therefore please avoid using these as you will end up paying double the price anyway so you might as well go else where.

Item says it has been delivered but I have not received it. I have e mailed twice but no response. Very disappointing
