I don't recommend buying from this site. I ordered headphones 20 days ago, but they haven't arrived yet.

Bought a pair of AirPod pro’s. Supposed to be genuine refurbished Apple.
Item arrived fully packaged in a “new” box. It was clearly a FAKE - the packaging wasn’t quite right. Lots of Chinese instructions - lots of plastic which Apple doesn’t use - and the case lid didn’t line up properly.
When I reached out to Pristine Gadgetz they said they had been refurbished with non genuine parts. This was clearly not true as they whole package was intended to be sold as a knock off Apple product.
Was offered a refund - which I accepted - but nothing ever came.
Avoid this company - you will lose your money.

COMPLETE SCAMMERS.

They sent me a faulty product and refused to refund me. After a while they said I could return it, gave me an address to which it has been received, and then they blocked me. It’s been a month and I have not received a refund and I have no product. I am in contact with my bank to try to recover the funds and will be reporting them to the police.

Counterfeit goods handed to the police, they will now investigate. Also reported to the bank for long distance selling of fake goods.

Sold me a fake product and didn't want to give me a refund until i threatened to charge it back from my bank due to their company being dissolved in companies house.

Wanted some AirPods and the ease of website and choice was fantastic

First time buying something with Pristine gadgetz and it will not be the last time the AirPods are great and arrived on time I really recommend anyone to buy from them.
