Great colour match service, good quality and fast delivery!

Weft arrived, the packaging looked superior to other extensions I have with a lovely bag case and a hanger. Unfortunately the shade was to dark for my hair but the team have been great and responding to my questions and I’m awaiting my new shade. Order #16690.

Genuinely really good quality product. The hair itself is soft, good colour, brushes easily- the packaging is also really nice and I love the hanger contraption. Only issue for me- I found the 80 gram version quite thin and did not blend with my hair right at all due to this, and I can't really use it now. But, if you have hair on the thinner side thats completely straight this shouldn't be an issue! I would still recommend the product but I would personally have gone for the 120 grams if I could go back or return the product. Order #17075.

Bought the face framers as my hair is much thinner on the sides and they are brilliant! Quality is amazing and perfect colour match! Really pleased and will order more! Lovely packaging too which is a nice touch!
Speedy delivery too

I placed an order for next day delivery for a wedding. They wrong item arrived with a delivery label inside for a completely different person. I contacted the company by email and was told I would receive a response within 48 hours. The email came 3 days later. I was asked to provide proof of the wrong order which I did by photograph. Again waited 48 hours for a response. I asked for a refund as I'd needed the item for a wedding which had been. I was then asked to return the wrong item and they would have to refer to quality control. I returned said item and was asked for proof as they hadn't received it. Again sent photos which showed the item had been delivered. The response then was that the item had been opened and did not leave them like that. I absolutely had not opened it as I could see it was wrong. A month later still no refund. Appalling customer service!!

After returning my extensions due to the colour not matching I have had no contact from Gee. I have proof of return to them, however my many emails asking for an exchange or refund with an update are left unanswered. At this point they have my extensions and my money, it feels like a scam. I wouldn’t recommend or use ever again.

I ordered on back order and it said the item would be in stock in one months time.

This order was the 23rd of July for reference. I’ve still not received my order and the item I paid for in July is actually showing as ‘in stock’ if I bought today. This makes no sense.

Where is the item I’ve paid for?

I’ve contacted you on WhatsApp but I have to wait 48 hours for a response. This isn’t responsive enough when you’ve got customers money.

Really loved the colour swatches but when I tried to order the Multiway Weft, both shades were out of stock. I was really disappointed.
