Geeks Call-out is the best repair service I’ve used. They care about fixing your laptop for as cheap as possible and to a really high standard. If you have an Apple product I would 100% recommend using this service over the Apple Care, as Apple Care try and rip you off by changing more parts than they need to and charging you a really high service fee. I was unsure about using the Geeks Call-out service as they collect your items from your home but it all went very smoothly and it was fixed on the same day, with message updates. Before I went to them Apple had held my laptop for two weeks so one day was amazing! Thanks so much again :)

A few months ago, I contacted this business and spoke to Aamir, who quickly arranged for a technician to come and repair my computer. However, on the day of the appointment, the technician could not make it due to health issues, so I had to reschedule. On the second attempt, the technician Kamran arrived late for the appointment.

I had a frustrating experience with a technician who seemed to be incompetent. Initially, he claimed that the issue was with my motherboard. Later, he changed his diagnosis and said the problem was with my PSU. Then, he suggested that it was a RAM issue. Eventually, he recommended that I let him take my computer to his lab to fix the problem.

In order to retrieve my computer, I had to contact Ammir multiple times. He appeared to be incompetent and distracted while conducting business from his vehicle, making it difficult to reach him. On the fifth attempt, he finally answered and informed me that my computer's motherboard was beyond repair and needed to be replaced. He charged me £650 to replace the motherboard instead of fixing it.

Unfortunately, it took over a month to get my computer back. Upon inspection, I discovered that the motherboard used in the repair only cost £160, raising concerns about the significantly higher charge. Furthermore, I found a sticker on my PC from a third-party business in Hounslow indicating that they were the ones who actually performed the repair. It appears that I was overcharged as the individual who repaired my computer was only charged £80 for the motherboard replacement, yet I was billed £650.

In light of this experience, always check whom you are getting your PC repairs. And don't let these guys steal your money. Always buy your parts and get your PC repaired in front of you. I would not recommend his services to anyone.

Excellent professional prompt service throughout, in choosing a new computer, buying it, installing it and then setting it up and adjusting the software. Aamir was superb.

First class service. I’d initially gone elsewhere and been let down but Aamir was straight on it and got it sorted. Arranged for collection and delivery and kept me updated throughout.

Amir is highly competent, polite, and did not waste time. Hesolved my problems with patience and understanding. He also checked out my equipment and made some recommendations which I followed (Malware installed)

Great service. I got in touch with them regarding a issue my custom built PC. They collect the computer, found the issue, ask me how I wanted to handle, with which component, and send it back.
I had some stupid issue when I got back, so I got in videocall with them to resolve and it went smoothly.

I cannot recommend these people enough. My main work laptop had a fatal failure and would not do anything. I had not backed up in ages so was very concerned about losing a lot of work. I searched the internet as I needed a quick resolution and didn’t want to be fleeced either. I found Geeks and after reading the reviews called them (at 9:15pm!) they answer and arranged a collection but as I’m 45 miles from London it would take a few extra days to collect. I was given the option to drop it off in Reading that night (felt a bit weird dropping a laptop off in reading at someone’s home at 11pm!). I got a call the next day to provide update and then the following with exact costs and timeframes. Further testing revealed another issue which caused the failure so we fixed this as well. It wasn’t cheap but I was also given the option to just recover the data as well but I went for repair. A week later it was delivered back, working better than ever. This laptop needed a new motherboard, RAM and cooling system so massive job and as Alienware machine the parts were specialist. The cost was over £1800 but it was worth it as it’s a £3.5k laptop out of warranty and I know Dell would have charged way more. I will definitely be using them for any future computer work.

Geeks Call-out were able to resolve a faulty keyboard issue for me in 1 day! Problem discussed Thursday morning so parts could be identified. Laptop collected on Thursday evening and returned working on Friday evening. They also resolved a couple of long-standing issues (battery & noisy fan). Excellent communication and fast service. Highly recommended.

Absolutely brilliant, I cannot recommend them enough. They collected, fixed and returned my water damaged laptop within a single evening. They also helped me out on another smaller matter via video call - they answered my call immediately.
