Really pleased with my outcome
Really pleased with my outcome , phoned dentists as I was unsure of my treatment plan and they phoned me back even arranged another plan for me and got me in the next day, great outcome, receptionist are really great also dental nurses and dentist , a big thank you 😊

I had to use Genix dentist recently…
I had to use Genix dentist recently with a tooth that had broken away and was causing considerable pain. After diagnosing an infection and taking antibiotics, the tooth was removed on Thursday 16th July. I am very nervous at a dentists and was expecting to hate it from start to finish.
The dentist was so good that I didn’t even then feel the tooth come out and even the injections into the surrounding gums were nothing like the pain I usually experience. I am one of the millions that work full time and get very little help from anybody, so can’t afford dentists ever and my teeth show that. Other dentists have been very judgemental and look down their noses at you. But the Genix staff were all lovely and welcoming and non judgmental. The practice is air conditioned and kept to a high standard which was also appealing. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend.

Very disappointed had dentures made
Very disappointed had dentures made. They were way to big to point I couldn’t close my mouth. I was then told well that what nhs denture are took another mould then told if these aren’t good enough then there nothing we can do. I’m sorry but I’m really not walking around with my mouth open and teeth hanging out.

Had bad toothache asked if I could make an appointment receptionist said could you come back in 20min so I did & then it was out, so very grateful for the service it was was worth more than 5 stars

Professional and relaxed. …
It was my first work done at Genix and I needed two fillings and a deep clean, and it went really well. The staff are great and so relaxed. The dentist was great reassuring me and telling me what he was going to do before the different procedures I had. I had a couple of jabs of anaesthetic for the fillings which helped a great deal as one was quite a deep filling and both were in difficult places. Professional and patient is the best way to describe my experience, and it took just under an hour. I would certainly recommend Genix to anyone looking for a new dentist.

Wouldn’t even give you 1 star if I could! I pay for my plan monthly with you guys and I was still getting forced to pay £80 for a check up on my tooth!! Absolutely no point in paying for a month subscription and I am going to look around. Your practice manager Sarah at the hull branch was incredibly rude and unhelpful. I asked to move plans and was informed that I would still have to wait 6 months or pay £80 - this is even without any work being done. Rude and unprofessional staff.

After a bad experience with one of the dentists a couple of years ago, and costing me a fortune to put right, I have to say, the new dentist I have seen a couple of times now, is a breath of fresh air.
He is still training, but he is thorough, easy to get along with, and any questions, he is happy to answer them.
