Habe hier eine Jacke in der Größe 6xl bestellt, Lieferung hat 3 Wochen gedauert und als die Jacke ankam stand zwar 6xl auf dem Etikett aber es war maximal 2xl. Habe dann angefragt wegen Rückgabe und ich müsste es selber auf meine Kosten zurück nach China schicken. Das sind 40euro. Also bloß nicht hier kaufen

Die Bestellung und die Kommunikation ist wirklich Professionell. Die Ware wurde sowas von schnell versendet das sich der größte Online Marktplatz der Welt noch was davon Lernen kann! Ich bin Begeistert und werde wieder Einkaufen.

Worst customer service and worst product details. I ordered a neutral shoe cream, and it came back. wanted to return but i had to pay for everything and the product was returned to me.

Много коректно си идват нещата, качествено опаковани и точно каквото съм поръчала. Доставката до България над 70 лева е безплатна и нещата идват за отрицателно време. Със сигурност ще ползвам сайта и за в бъдеще, отделно, че само те предлагат продукти на Traveler’s company за територията на България.

Après 4 ou 5 mails au service client, j'ai abandonné et je garde un produit qui ne me convient pas.
Résultat = Nul

Prije više od dva tjedna sam dobio svoju narudžbu. Unutar narudžbe jedna od naručenih stvari je bila slomljena. Odmah sam kontaktirao prodavača putem maila, poslao dodatni mail jer nisam dobio odgovor... do danas nisam dobio odgovor! Što se tiče slomljenog predmeta iz paketa, s obzirom da u paketu nije bilo slomljenog dijela koji nedostaje, znači da je takav i poslan, a ne da se slomio tijekom transporta.
Ne preporučujem, grozna komunikacija s kupcima (pod grozna mislim nepostojeća)!

Eng; More than two weeks ago I have ordered my package and in it one of the items was broken. There were no broken pieces inside of package, meaning that the item was sent broken in the first place. Since the day I have received the package I'm trying to contact the seller with multiple mails, but to this day I have not received any response! Definitely would not recommend, their customer communication is terrible, i.e. non-existent!

Ich habe dort eine Barbour Jacke bestellt.
Die Ware war innerhalb von 2 Tagen da und entsprach exakt der Beschreibung.
Da ich mich in der Größe vertan habe, musste ich die Jacke zurückschicken und neu bestellen, was ebenfalls reibungslos klappte.
Besonders erwähnenswert ist die gute Kommunikation. Während man bei manchen Anbietern gerne mal 1-2 Tage auf eine Antwort warten muss, erhält man vom Gentleman Store nach wenigen Stunden eine Antwort.
Fazit: Sehr zu empfehlender Shop, ich habe dort bestimmt nicht zum letzten Mal bestellt.
