Wauw
Wauw - ordered a comb in a leather pouch and received it in Denmark 8 days later.
Unfortunately the postal service hadn't treated the package well - the cardboard envelope was bended and so was the nail file and pouch. As I tried to remove the file from the pouch, so I could unfold the pouch, the tip broke off 🙁 the pouch also had marks from the file and the bending and as it is a gift for my uncle, I wasn't happy about the condition of the pouch.
So I contacted customer service to find out, who should make a complaint to the postal service.
To my big and happy surprise, the store will send me a new in a box 👏👏
What amazing service 🥳🥳

Reißverschluß defekt
Leider war schon nach 30 Min. der Reißverschluss des Cardholders defekt. Der Kundenservice hat bisher nach 3 Tagen noch nicht geantwortet. Klarna ist über die Retoure bereits informiert. Ich dachte ihr seit ein Startup der auf Qualität und Kundenservice setzt?

Portmonee löst sich auf
Ich habe das Portmonee geschenkt bekommen und nutze es jetzt seit 3 Wochen. An jeder Knickstelle löst sich der Rand, obwohl ich diese kaum nutze, da ich zu 90% mit Karte bezahle. Ich wollte es reklamieren, aber mir wurde stattdessen nur ein Nachlass von 15 % angeboten. Aber was will ich mit einem defekten Portmonee, welches auch mit Nachlass fast 60 € gekostet hat?
Ich bin mehr als enttäuscht und dachte wirklich, dass man für den Preis eine entsprechende Qualität und einen guten Kundenservice erhält.
