Nach einem halben Jahr sieht das Portmonnaie bereits sehr unansehnlich aus. Nähte schauen raus und die Kanten sind zerfranst. Zudem hatte mir der Support 10% des Kaufpreises als Erstattung angeboten, welches ich auch nach mehreren Monaten nicht erhalten habe.
Alles in allem sind die Portmonnaies für die Qualität überteuert.

I waited 1,5 week for the product to be sent althought it was said it’s in their warehouse. Wrote two emails - no answer. Called two times (the phone does not work frequently). They said they will do their best and respond in email same day - nothing happened.

I called the third time - they finally responded saying that my product is going to be sent the next day.

Bottom line - DO NOT shop there, it’s a neverending battle. Save your time and go elsewhere.

The return procedure is not well defined and is not convinient for the customers. Currently, the required return document must be printed by the customer which implies having printer at home. The telephone number of return department is not present and in each delivery company in Bulgaria returns are organized by company's telephone number. I still didn't receive my money back one month after the return.

it's really a gentleman store.elegant and quality items coming almost from czech republic,england and portugal.on the cosmetic side more different country.not very cheap but you pay for the quality.i am satisfied to shopping here everytime.i highly recommand.
