The seal was damaged so returned at my own cost. Recieved refund once they had it back to check. Genuine company, good correspondence.

Just had a great experience with Genuine Motors who shipped item fast and well packaged. I have dealt with their customer services recently due to personal circumstances which prevented me from using the item they shipped and they were quick to respond and very understanding. Especially as they refunded me an item that was way over the return date. Thank you GM

Found the part I was looking for at very good price and excellent delivery time and was free fitted the car perfectly would definitely recommend this company. All the correspondence was in French but wasn't a issue using a translator on the phone all good

Sent the wrong seal
Sent the wrong seal. Tried to suggest they weren’t at fault. Seal is short so useless. Haven’t sent replacement despite saying they would as “gesture”. It was their mistake. Now no response. Poor after sales

They sent the wrong seal (too short so useless) and tried to suggest my vehicle was a special model. They were wrong. Still haven’t sent the correct one despite stating that they would. Very disappointing after sales conduct. Poor communication. Still chasing but they’re hiding
