Always worried me sending cards off, but, GetGraded were quick to reply to emails (a day max) and once the process was completed it came back super fast! Great slab and overall I am pleased. Will be using them again.

I am giving them 5 stars, but one thing i would recommend for them to do is make it more transparent, the emails arent clear and perhaps more info on each step via email would be useful. I.e "we have graded surfaces, up next is the corners..." - this would probably save them time on emails from first timers!

For other customers, i sent 1 card and it took the 15 working days to get done and back to me.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I purchased a uneque card from GetGraded in fact the only one of its kind manufactured worldwide. Keiran Phelan contacted me after the purchase to say there's a dent on the card valued at around £1000.00 that he alleged was a manufacturing fault, however when I watched the live video you could see the card being lifted in and out of a tin to show people as it was a 1/1 card, however on 2 occasions you can see the card making contact with a tin thus causing the dent, obviously when you purchase something of that value you do accept faulty items, he replied there is nothing we can do about it its a manufacturing fault, obviously I found this unacceptable and asked for a refund on all 10 cards I purchased which was met with a rude refusal, and the best he would offer is £13 For the £1000.00 card, and it was subject to him keeping the card to sell. Obviously no one in their right mind would find it acceptable for a situation whereby you purchased a item that was valued at £1000.00 that was damaged accept only £13 (thirteen pounds), and that he would only pay me £13 if he could Keep the £1.000.00 card to sell it himself, so no realistic attempt was made to come up with any sort of resolution whatsoever. Couldn't be happier! The team at Get Graded couldn't be any more helpful and turnaround time was better than my expectations.

Have used getgraded for a few years now, always send around 5/10 cards nothing special or big but for my personal collection. Never had any issues with them, communication is excellent and with the amount of emails and messages they must get, I've always had a response the same day. Would 100% recommend them to old and new collectors.

Honestly, these guys are the best. High quality products, shipping and attention to detail. One of my 'Flawless 10' cards had to go through 3 different graders to ensure it was correct!

Unfortunately I had sent two cards to be graded one from 1986 the other from 1987 .
They made a mistake and I now have a graded GPK card from 1086 😂😂😂😂😂

First time using get graded and I can honestly say I’m impressed and I will be using them again! Good communication, quick turn around, clean slabs and secure packaging on return.

I have now graded 130+ cards over 3 submissions.
I will break my experience down in different sections

Slab quality -
The look/design of the label really does make a difference. Personally I love how they look even compared to bigger company's. I have had quite a few imperfections with the silver strip/writing which is letting it down. This needs a solution or a better quality control to ensure they don't get sent out in a bad state. (Yes I know the company is happy to redo them but that isn't a permanent solution to the problem)

Time taken -
My most recent return took 35 business days which isn't in the 25-30 day window. My other submissions was much worse so time is getting better. The fact that it took 35 days isn't a problem except for the fact of it being advertised to be faster. Give yourself a bigger window is all that's needed and it will reduce people chasing you and negative feedback.

Communication -
For me this has been 100% perfect, in the way the website is updated and the fact you can use socials to contact if needed. Never has it been an issue for me.

Scratchcards -
This is a nice little bonus, I have been very unlucky and lost 3-4 times in a row now but when you win its a nice addition.

Point system -
The point system is fantastic. You can trade points for loads of different items. You can use an affiliate link to get bonus points as well however there's no motivation for someone to use your link as from what I understand the payee doesn't get anything extra for using it.

Cost -
The price for standard grade in my opinion is perfect. I wouldn't want that to change. I haven't used express but it sounds like a fair price for a quicker service.

I will definitely continue to use GetGraded as they're affordable, their slabs look great and they are UK based.

So we decided to start grading our cards recently ,and decided to go to Essex card show with the intention of using cgc as they were there in person. But while there we met the guys at get graded and after chatting with them and seeing how great there product was we decided to go with them. We'll im so happy we did ,I've had the pleasure of dealing with keiran throughout and he's been nothing short of remarkable throughout my slabs (over 50) are now returned back to me ,they were packaged very securely and I really am impressed by how good they look. Well done guys absolutely fantastic and I will certainly be using you again 10/10 pristine from me .

Recently sent in my first submission and I’m very happy with the results!
The process was easy and I got email updates along the way.
I sent in on the express tier and had my cards back in just under a week.
The grades are very accurate, the slabs themselves are great quality and the black label looks amazing too.
Will definitely be using GetGraded again!

Plenty of times I've graded with these guys and everytime has been as fantastic as the last.

Their grades are spot on and often, when cross graded fall perfectly in line with the likes of BGS.

Their slabs are high quality and the sleek black labels are very appealing.

I look forward to my next sub!

Apparently they don’t need to take care when packing there orders as all grading companies, pack there cards with no slab sleeves/ minimal bubble wrap and have the cards rubbing up against each other in transit causing scratches to the graded cards cases. Along with the added bonus of free graded fingerprints inside and out of your unclean, newly graded cards.
I will never send this company a card to grade again. Should have learnt my lesson the first time, that I ever used them and my cards came back with one misspelled and one with wrong cert check number.
I’ve cracked these cards out of there dirty/ scratched up cases and will be getting them reslabbed/ graded by the top grading company. Instead of one that thinks it’s okay to cut corners/ penny pinch (no slab sleeves) and treat its customers as if they’re dumb
