What an amazing experience! 2nd time using Get Graded and the quality of customer service is second to none. Very good prices and turnaround times. The slabs look great and the grading is spot on! Going forward, I won't use any other companies to grade my cards. I wrote a review in last month but had to update it as 2nd time round the customer service just excelled! Great job guys.

I have used these several times now for grading my Pokémon cards, and i cant fault them. I've had one card come back with the penny sleeve slightly creased inside, but i will be sending that back to be rectified.
the cards have all come back as expected and some even better..!
and another thing that makes this company stand out from the others is the scratch card..!
ive been lucky enough to win 3 times, the first was a free mystery slab, the second was 2 free submissions and the most recent was another free mystery slab..!
i will be sending that in soon with my next lot of submissions..!
the site is easy to find your way around and you dont have to fill in all the information about the cards, they the leg work for you, which makes it so simple to submit your cards..!

Grading is totally off I’m not sure this company has any idea what the grading guidelines are as they were way off grading my cards and the website is really difficult and underdeveloped

Excellent company. Best around for graded cards in the Uk. Really easy and simple to use. They update you on the stages your cards are at during the process via email.

My first ever grading experience, I was a bit sceptical at first who to use, but asking people pointed me in this direction! And the best advertisement to me is recommendation and word of mouth! They kept me up to date, Kieran contacted me when I had any queries, to put my mind at rest, and I got what it said on the tin that I paid for! Came back super quick! (And my 2 top loaders back I sent them in) haha great job will use again

Fantastic Service.
Communication with Kieran via the Discord is brilliant and he is always happy to help and lend his experience, knowledge and advice.
Graded 3 cards and all 3 came back in great packaging, beautiful slabs and in a timescale I cannot complain about in comparison to sending to American companies.
Got a 2nd batch ready to go and will continue to use GetGraded for all mine and my sons cards....need to get onto doing comics ASAP!

Great UK grading service. New ownership definitely improved service times. I like the sub grading on the labelling as it gives card owners the ability to see why cards possible drop / gain a grade. Slabs are fine for me and cards don’t rattle around. Never had issue with any card damage or anything like that. Tend to track US Beckett on grade quality. Top quality grading service.

Everytime I have graded I have not been disappointed the quality and professionalism from such a small company is great could not ask for more.

My first grading service. Sending was really simple and I received updates by email. Arrived nicely presented.

My 1st ever submission to a grading company and i have zero complaints.
I had plenty of questions and every one was answered.
Submission was nice and simple.
The website keeps you up to date with what stage the cards are in.
Packaging was spot on and cards arrived safe and sound.
My grades was close to what i was hoping for and with the subgrades on the slab, it gives a score for the 4 different categories which i feel helps understand the main grade.
Overall it was a really enjoyable experience and i will be sending alot more.

Under previous ownership I would haved waited weeks for a reply to a simple email or never get one. Recently Shane had replied to my message within an hour and had my problem sorted instantly. As a customer I felt truely valued and looked after.
I hope they continue to shed the problems and mistrust caused by previous ownership because these guys are working hard. I 100% trust them with my cards.

I have now had over 100 cards graded at Get Graded and truly cannon recommend enough. The cards come back looking amazing in quick time and with a great service. I have messaged the company a couple of times regarding my account and have always had quick and friendly reply’s.

By far the best UK grading company. I've used them since day one and since the new owners have took over they've gone from strength to strength. Highly recommended 5*
