Needs motion sensing.
The sensors are ok but I was surprised that they actually don't have motion sensing.
It would be good if you could switch motion sensing on for when you go to bed or when you're not home so you can get alerted if there is someone moving around in your house that isn't meant to be there.

Apologies for the trouble with the accuracy of your alerts! Our team will be happy to assist with optimizing that.
To troubleshoot, start by re-syncing the sensor. In the app, click on the door task that is sending the false alerts. Then click on the "settings" tab at the top and click "Sync Door Task." Follow the prompts in the app to complete that process.
Beyond that, our team will be in touch over an email to offer some specific suggestions. Feel free to respond to our message there if you need additional assistance.

Got an unexpected text and phone call notifying me of a leak. I had lost my account login info on my app, so app wasn't functioning properly, but still got the text & call. Had a water leak around my AC unit.

Remarkable - I can be 100kms away and I get notifications when my doors open.. I have had a daughter at home with dogs and I know when the dogs are being let in or out..

Easy install and just works
Easy install and the sensors are multi purpose in that you can decide what function they will report on. Basically the system just works.
