Absolutely shocking communication. They sent me the wrong items and the customer service was a disgrace. They take no responsibility. I have lost a lot of money as a result

Item missing from a recent order and the company seem incapable of sorting it out.

They either just ignore you, say they've run out of stock, say it has been refunded (when it clearly hasnt been), refer to how long ago the order was (down to them stalling) or refer to new systems - none of which gets me the refund due or item.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAMMERS. I ordered from them and the products turned up unboxed when clearly advertised on site that they are gift boxed. Have reported this company to trading standards

they are scammers, Don't buy from this company.
I ordered twice from them in few months and in first order was missing an object, I tried to contact by phone and email but nobody answered.
now I ordered again from them and same item is missing from this order and also sent me some different items, not the ones that I ordered.
they are not answering to phone or email.
a lot of money spent on this order just to get scammed...

I placed an order for 10 sublimation bottles I needed urgently for an order and I paid £25 to receive them next day before 10am. Received an email advising they only had 2 so I replied that I would take them as I was desperate. Received a partial refund for missing bottles. Waited in for the delivery but they didn't turn up until around 3.30pm far later than 10am I had specifically paid for! To my horror when I opened the boxes one bottle had already been printed on. I then had to wait a week for the warehouse to reopen before they would even deal with my query. When I chased they advised they had sent out the bottle in error as it was one they had printed for a customer (breaching copyright i would add!) so would replace the bottles when I next ordered. I will not be placing another order in the near future so I want my money back as well as the £25 because I didn't get my delivery in time!

Made a small test order from this company of 4 crystal photo blocks, 6 mdf coasters and 1 sheet or car air fresheners all for sublimation. The first 2 sublimation blocks were fine, the second 2 were a different story. Sadly I didn't notice the chips on one of them until I was polishing the glass for my customer, and the other one had a problem with the sublimation coating on the top right corner. I contacted them to try and resolve this only to wait almost 48 hours to be told that the print was my fault not theirs and that they do not replace nor take returns of used items. I get they don't take returns of used items but how can you tell the coating was faulty until you have used it? 3 of them printed perfectly all 4 were done the same way and yet one has a large white patch on one corner. I'll never use this company again. Back to my old supplier atleast they are willing to refund/replace damaged/faulty/flawed items.

Probably the worst company I’ve dealt with in the many years I’ve been a print maker. I started ordering stretcher bars from them quite some time ago as they boasted the bars to be high quality and fault free. I started to receive boxes with warped bars, after speaking to graham I was reassured these would be replaced when the total number of defects reaches 50 bars. After some months I contacted graham to let him know I had 2 boxes of 50 to send back. The bars are marketed as Canadian pine / uk bars!!! Yes confusing but not as confusing as when I found Chinese labels on a few bars?? I informed graham, who made a big song and dance over it... making me feel to be a liar. He refused to address the issues with warped bars and then ignored any communication from me. He also blocked my partner from making purchases. That my honest review.
