Fantastic customer service.
I've made a few purchases from GetTech over the last few years and the service has always been exceptional. There has never been an issue, until last week when my daughter encountered a problem with her phone. Communication with GetTech was first class. Such a friendly, personal approach through phone calls and emails. Unfortunately she couldn't resolve the problem at her end so had to send the phone back to them. Everything was covered under warranty and she had her phone back good as new within three days. Fantastic business. Thanks to Cal and all the team.

First class service
I ordered a Samsung Galaxy S9 + a couple of days ago and today I decided to call GetTech to confirm the order was received. I spoke to a very polite and helpful lady named Rachel, who told me she would call me back that day when she had all the relevant information to give me. True to her word (and sadly but true, a very rare experience these days) she called me back within a couple of hours. She advised me that there was some technical issues with the phone I had ordered and without any fuss offered me a free upgrade to a better model at no extra cost or a full refund. I accepted the upgrade and thanked her for her professionalism and received an email confirming all we had discussed. I will have no hesitancy in recommending GetTech in the future and wish them every success.

Issues resolved asap

Excellent service
Excellent service. This is the 4th iPhone I have purchased from them. Had a small problem with one which was fixed straight away with no problems whatsoever. All the phones have been in immaculate condition with battery condition near 100%. This last purchase has 100% as is as good as new. Delivered in time and they also have me a free power bank and extra charging leads. Outstanding company to deal with. Highly recommend

I got an iphone 11 last December , sent it back for repair a few weeks later and again screen broke, bulging battery despite strong mobile case which needs constant repair.
Do not buy from this website under any circumstances ...

My name is Rue, I manage the customer service department. I can assure you all negative reviews are posted, but as you can see, the vast majority of our reviews are positive, and verified by Trustpilot to be from genuine customers. We are simply not in the business of "scamming" anyone.
I have personally attempted to call you, and left a voicemail, as well writing you an email. We have not heard from you other than here, on Trustpilot.

The device you returned was extremely heavily damaged.
Unfortunately, there is simply no way for a device to get to this state all of its own accord. Serious damage has been inflicted to it, and it is certainly not a "scam" that a phone is not indestructable.
Our extensive 24-month warranty does mean we will cover any arising issues, with the exception of physical damage, water damage, or tampering with the device. We are not responsible for footing the cost of damage that is inflicted to a device by its user.

This was my first time using GetTech
This was my first time using GetTech, recommended to me by a friend who purchases her two kids phones from them. It was easy to navigate their website, order what I wanted and the delivery was quick. The anti scratch screen cover was cracked so I emailed them a photo of it and I had a replacement one the following day. I will be purchasing via GetTech again. Love that I am supporting a local Irish business too.
