Noraiz was excellent- efficient and friendly. The reservation was made 1hr 30mins before departure. Great communication throughout - called me back to confirm all completed. I would recommend this company based on my experience even though I normally book directly with airlines.

Unaccompanied minors
I was looking for a way my kids will get to me in the uk without me traveling all the way back to Ghana 🇬🇭 and pick them myself, I came in contact with Sarah and she was so helpful, very calm and explained better. She even gave me the best offer.

Feel ripped off, and left in a bad situation.
First off, we thought we were talking to Thai airways after googling for the number. I asked, is this 'Thai airways' and was told yes. I should have known better here. The ladies name was 'Mini' (Indian Lady I think). I could tell it was not Thai airways after the call when she started to contact us on WhatsApp right afterwards asking for us to review her.
We booked royal silk business class. I was keen that my wife would be able to sit next to our two young daughters, and was told we would need to pay £220 extra to insure they can sit together, which to me seemed wrong as it was business class (normally you can reserve your seats).
My wife is now about to return home to London, and we can see they seats were not booked together, my little one is sitting in a different seat between two adults. We can't do anything as other people have filled all the bookings. Thai airways won't do anything for us, and get trip are just a middle man taking their own cut.
So we paid £220 when we likely did not have too and yet we still don't have seats together. My wife will have to try and fix this at the departure gate and hopefully some kind soul will move for them.
In the meantime I am contacting my amex to make a chargeback.
I feel ripped off, I feel I am partially to blame, I should have seen it coming, but I trusted that I was speaking to Thai airways.
