This is our second stay at geofarm and I’m sure we will be back for a third. Hannah is very helpful with any questions you might have and the accommodation is beautiful!

A perfect place in perfect surroundings. So much to do and see within a few miles, four nights was never going to be enough.
My stay in the Cow Shed with my trusty hound exceeded all expectations I had set for my first solo trip. Geufron Farm offers everything you need and more. Seamlessly smooth booking, check in and check out. Prompt responses to any questions I had both before and during the trip. A fabulous digital guide thoughtfully put together by the hosts Hannah and Dean which can even be downloaded to your phone as an app! Despite the detail in the guide I still managed to get lost trying to find the pub so next time I go I'll invest in an OS map! Seriously there are so many hidden gems around here I'd definitely recommend buying the OS map for the area.

This was our first time at Geufron, celebrating our 1st wedding anniversary with our 2 furry kids (dogs of course).

We stayed in The Cowshed and the garden area is absolutely secure we can confirm, otherwise our beloved pooches would have been running absolute havoc after the sheep in the fields below. A delight for them as it was a bit like Dog TV for them! Kept them entertained for hours, especially when the farmer's dog herded the sheep for market. Our dogs now know what they want to be when they grow up!

As for the cottage, it had everything we needed, plenty of space for the 2 of us and the 2 dogs, beautiful views to wake up to with views for miles and miles. Plenty of walks from the cottage, nice Riverside walks and the beaches at both Tywyn and Aberdify were fab...sea swimming is a must here!

A lovely walk from Tywyn to Aberdify along the beach and back, stopping for fish n chips is also worthwhile!

Also make a trip out to Bala Lake for a spot of canoeing/kayaking/swimming/SUP or whatever you fancy. Something for everyone.

Obviously we had to do the obligatory Snowden hike whilst there...so although at the Southern part of Snowdonia, not a million miles from everything.

Hannah and Dean have been perfect with their communication.

We will definitely be back!!!

Thank You Geufron Farm! We had the best week and the Y Caban was just perfect for us, the 2 kids and 3 pups! The outdoor garden was well secure for them all to play and good lighting at night. It was well equipped with more than we needed, everytime I thought I could do with an "x" I'd open a draw/cupboard and found what I needed. The bedrooms were cosy and comfy, we all slept really well and no noise. The front of house was laid out well with great wifi and TV. The location was just stunning! It had great walks and loads of nature. The dog field was also great, we used as a pit stop before bed and had great fun. Finally just all the little touches and information provided were spot-on. We would have never found the beach for the dogs without the info and it was stunning, 10x better than the main ones round there. I could go on, but was just really impressed :) Thank You

Very nice cottage, smartly furnished and well equipped. Lovely views from the cottage, with plenty of outdoor space to enjoy.

If you want to see how you convert an old cow barn into the most remarkable get away on the side of a Welsh mountain with lambs being your morning alarm then you have to visit Geufron farm.

I came here with my springer spaniel for a week away from working in London.

What was great
1. Website pictures and description were EXACTLY the same as the property
2. Communication was informative and quick ( great digital handbook )
3. The place was spotless, I mean - really clean.
4. It felt like a holiday cottage that was furnished by JOHN LEWIS
5. New carton of milk from local dairy in the fridge when we arrived with some local fudge, which didn’t last long.
6. Never been to mid wales before - amazing place for dog walks and there are so many beaches
7. Loved the enclosed garden and the decking area - spent every morning having breakfast overlooking the sheep, the lambs and the sea

What could be improved
1. Hats off to Hannah and Dean - I have been in hospitality business for way to many years - you have nailed it - genuinely wouldn’t change a thing

The property and amenities exceeded our expectations. The location is great and the digital guest book provided plenty of information - our favorite was cemetery beach. The properties are great for families, we are already talking about our next stay. Highly recommend staying at Geufronfarm.

What an amazing cosy bolthole, perfect for some much needed R&R - what the photos don't show you is that when sitting on the comfortable sofa you have wonderful views down to the sea and the upstairs living area is flooded with sunshine for most of the day, as is the gorgeous little enclosed garden, perfect for a Reggie sized miniature dachshund.

My daughter and I had a perfect few days at Geufron Farm.
The Granary was cosy and warm lovely to return to after windy walks on the beach.
The location was beautiful but still convenient for beach and amenities.
Our dogs enjoyed the enclosed field and the small garden was a bonus too.
We met the owner and he was very friendly and excited about further plans they have for Geufron Farm.
I would definitely recommend and hope to return with the rest of the family.

Due to unfortunate circumstances with the cottage we had originally booked, we were offered another cottage. We were kept fully informed of all the changes and options open to us.
The cottage had stunning views across the valley and down to the sea. Very peaceful. Weather could have been kinder, visited a few places we had never been before. To sum it up a very relaxing few days.

I have just returned home after a lovely couple of nights in the granary. It was lovely and cosy, very comfortable bed and all the home comforts you could need. Using the guide book provided we had a beautiful walk to dolgoch waterfall. We walked to the local pub and had a lovely meal. We watched the birds of prey this morning whilst having breakfast. I can't recommend enough for a relaxing break. Thank you

I truly enjoyed my stay at The Cow Shed in October 2021. I was impressed by the quality of workmanship that went into the renovation and thoughtful details that made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. They thought of everything and the property was very clean. The views were spectacular and the area offered plenty to do. I highly recommend this accommodation for both short and long stays.

Lovely relaxing break in an idyllic location was just too short. We stayed in the Barn which was great for the 4 of us and our dog. Well appointed and plenty of room. The farm is really well located and has some fantastic views over the Welsh countryside. We hope to return but for a bit longer next time.

We have just returned from a lovely relaxing week in The Barn at Geufron Farm. The building itself is beautiful with exposed beams, the living/kitchen space feels particularly spacious with the double height ceiling. The kitchen is very well equipped and the lounge area comfortable and cosy. The weather was particularly wet during our stay but there is a lovely outside seating area with fabulous views across the mountains and down to the sea at Tywyn for drier days. It was lovely to see the smoke and hear the sound of the Talyllyn steam train whistling on the opposite side of the valley each day. Our dog Oscar loved being able to run freely in the ‘dog field’ just a minutes walk away, so we’d highly recommend this place to anyone with dogs.

Geufron Farm is in a stunning part of Wales, we stayed in The Cowshed which more than met our expectations. We and our dogs thoroughly enjoyed the thoughtful welcome pack provided. We would definitely recommend a holiday here and hope to return.

Brilliant organised walking weekend at Geufron Farm. We arrived to the wonderful location to a warm welcome with comfortable and cozy accommodation. The first evening involved a walk up the hill on site to admire a stunning sunset and moonrise before having a fabulous pub tea delivered and enjoying marshmallows around the fire pit. Saturdays main walk was stunning and exactly on point for our group, including finding an area of Snowdonia that we had not experienced. Saturday evening’s pub visit was great and Sundays beach walk and crazy golf tournament were a prelude to more delicious food (Sunday roast with all the trimmings) delivered back at the accommodation. A leisurely afternoon evening and we were fortunate to be staying Sunday night meaning we could enjoy the log fire and relax before setting off reluctantly for home on Monday morning. The total package was brilliant from start to end and I would definitely recommend to anyone especially if you like walking and Snowdonia but don’t want to be trampled by the crowds around Snowdon.

Just back from a 4 day break at the barn, Geufron Farm which happened by default and it has been great.
The cottage was lovely, clean, with everything we needed and well thought out, netflix and comfy sofas a bonus too. Nice to sit out with a coffee or whisky on the decked area looking at the magnificent views.
The secure exercise field was a real bonus for our boxers, Ruby and Flint who also enjoyed the dog friendly beach at Tywyn.
Well done to Dean and Hannah for creating a wonderful home from home holiday cottages.
Will be going back and thanks again.

Just returned home after a 3 night break in The Barn for my 50th birthday. What a fabulous time we had. The Barn was just perfect in every way for a chilled and celebratory weekend for the 4 of us plus our golden retriever Ruby. It had everything we needed! The scenery from the decking area is breathtaking. A lovely welcome of a card, balloon and cake was really appreciated! Well done Dean and Hannah…it’s 10/10 from us 5 and we’ll definitely be back again!
