The engineer was punctual, friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The work was completed efficiently, with great attention to detail, and everything was left clean and tidy afterwards. Matt & Paul from Global Heating carried out a full conversion from heat only to combi hot water and central heating. Thier work was excellent, both were very tidy, and explained all aspects of the work carried out. We were very pleased and will call them again for any future work.

Really quick service, less than a week from making contact to having the job finished. No mess left behind after replacing our mixer tap in the kitchen and even put in isolation valves for each water supply, so as to speed things up in the future should we want/need to replace again. We have used Global for some years and they have never let us down. We had a problem with boiler fan in March with repair booked in for start of May. We then had another issue with lack of hot water. Global managed to make time to save us. Cold showers are no fun. Thank you Matt!

Matt and his apprentice Luke (great to see an apprentice being trained up!) installed a new radiator in our lounge. The job was not that simple in the end and Matt took much longer than he thought but completed the job brilliantly against an agreed fixed price. I am really pleased. I will be using Global heating again in the near future.

Paul was very punctual and professional and went beyond a boiler service by rebalancing the radiators.
