The delivery was 3 days later than planned date but the tyres I ordered arrived at the fitting center I specified without any problems.

Always happy with my tyres from Gigatyres. Quick delivery and very good price.

Unable to receive any status updates. Tyres were shown as available without making clear that they will be shipped from Germany to the UK. No progress after 7 days of receiving the same update emails. Call centre incompetent, unable to access delivery status of DPD and only communicate in writing with their own warehouse with replies taking allegedly two days. Cancelled the order and can only hope that their refund system works.

Required a replacement tyre, ordered premium tyre Michelin Primacy 4, it a low dB - good wet & dry weather ratings.
The tyre was best price and delivery is cheaper than any other supplier (free if 2 or more are bought), shipping takes a bit longer, but very happy with my purchase.

Ordered two tyres. Week later told a delay by 3 days. Another week later recieved ONE tyre. Questioned them on the 19th Sep. Told me on its way. 16th October, still no tyre. Told its on its way?? Avoid! Although its a. co.uk website, products come from elsewhere.

Delivered as expected. Good price. Would use again.

Saved around £25 per tyre versus cheapest I could find in UK, then paid £9 per tyre for fitting etc. Delivery was around 10 days.

I ordered a replacement tyre for my daughters car, I needed a specific brand and type and this was the only place I could see it. The order process was pretty easy and information came through very quickly via email. The only thing I was unsure about was the tracking number did not show as valid on the dpd web site which worried me slightly. But all was good and the tyre got delivered just in time for them visiting. I would use them again.

My tyres arrived ok but twelve days after placing the order. There was no communication from giga-tyres apart from the initial emailed invoice and estimated delivery date. It was only on receiving this that I realized they were coming from Germany.

Got the tyres I wanted for the best price available (much lower than competitors), so would definitely use again.

I purchased front and rear Pirelli Diablo Supercorsa V4s in plenty of time for two track days. They only arrived one week before the track day so didn’t have much time to get them fitted and scrubbed in. On i election, the rear tyre is defective. I contact giga tyre using online form asking for a call back to discuss, and no one got back to me. At the track day now, and nervous to lean on the tyre because of the defect. Not what you expect when you pay £440!! Will not be using again. Stay clear of I were you

Beware, NOT uk company, ordered two tyres on the 14th July, still no sign of tyres on the 25th July!! There contact centre states the tyres have been delivered which they have NOT.
They look competitive on price, but pay a little more and actually receive your tyres.
AVOID AVOID AVOID they have my money i have nothing.

A good overall experience, one of the tyres was an unusual size and not available other than from Germany so the 3 weeks it took was not too bad. The only downside is the e-mails and invoices are split per tyre then combined at random. The online status check sends an e-mail of nonsense.

Good , had what I wanted in stock and at a good price too. Delivery from Germany was pretty quick, well packaged also. Happy with my purchase

BEWARE! This is a scam company, firstly fast delivery isn't fast, tyres comes from EU not UK, ordered tyre for MOT test but my order hasn't been collected from supplier for days, spoke to customer service and been advised that they're unable to cancel my order as I had to order from UK supplier tyre, I was told when eventually tyre arrives refused delivery which I did and I'll receive full refund, it is been weeks now since then all my emails being ignored, I guess I'll never see my £90 back, once again this a scam company, pay little extra and order from decent people.
