If I could give negative 5 stars, I would. This company is a complete disaster. Communication is non-existent. It's been days, and I STILL haven't received my tyre. Tried calling countless times—just get stuck in the same useless queue. Their email responses? Utterly pathetic. They tell me to check with DPD, but guess what? DPD doesn’t even have the tyre! This is hands down the worst company I've ever dealt with. An absolute joke.

Eventually my 4 tyres ordered, paid for, arrive 5 weeks later. Absolutely shocking company who just don't CARE.. Its impossible to communicate with them . When I telephone, many times, I'm always first in the queue and an hour later I'm still first in the queue. My Emails are ignored, a standard email is sent stating goods have been returned to Hamburg due to labelling damage or not recognisable & a new order will be made to replace the original. At one point I thought this company was a scam & I had lost my money. They certainly do not instill confidence. Never again Gigi. I'll be very surprised if this company survives much longer reading all the bad experience reviews.

I bought for £300 2 Dunlop 255/45/18 tyres which they never come or received within 2 months. By the DPD tracking it was marked as received, but then tracking update every 2 days and in the end tracking says missing information an returned to the seller. Complete waste of the time and money

Originally placed an order for 2x tyres on the 4th June 2024. Received only one tyre.
Giga tyres apparently sent out another one on the 21st June, which has not been delivered on the estimated date of 5th July. To date, I have not received my tyre and the response is not great! Ignoring my emails. Taken my money, crooks!! Do not buy from this company.

Took three weeks for the tyres to arrive. Tracking system is useless as it said that the tyres had been delivered when they were still in Germany. I tried repeatedly to call the them but despite being number one in the queue they rarely answered.

When the tyres did arrive I discovered that the front tyres I had ordered were the wrong ones, this was entirely my fault. Giga tyres agreed to take them back and refund me but one month later the tyres have still not been collected.

The most frustrating thing is it's almost impossible to communicate with them. They rarely answer the phone and they do not have an email address that you can use. All they offer is a contact form.

2 stars because I can't vouch for the actual items because I ordered them over a month ago and they still haven't arrived. When I've chase up the response was "They are held up at customs" I asked for more details and was ignored. That was 2 weeks after ordering them and I haven't heard anything since.

Avoid like the plague! They are not based in the UK. Tyres take 2 weeks to arrive. Notifications are being sent in German and there's no reply to enquiries

I bought a tyre and it was delivered no problem but was busy working 14 hour days so didn't get to fit it for 3 weeks then realised i had ordered the wrong width , probably my fault and clicked the wrong size but i contacted them 3 times for an exchange .
They do not want to know AND THEY ALSO LIE saying they will send a DPD van to pick it up , my partner took a days work off and waited in once all day for nothing , it never happened so ive had to sell it at a loss and buy some were else .
DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM

'No problem' purchase at fair price. Tyre came from Germany and complete process was updated 'on-line' and advised, with tyre arriving within schedule promised. Definitely recommended.

Absolutely awful experience, cancelled my order and couldn't respond. Had to phone to be re-routed to India. With no explanation or assistance and they just cancelled my order after waiting a week. Quick to take the money. Got two orders with them. And they sent 1 tyre of four and its not even the same size or brand.

Did what they said they would when they said they would do it. Perfect!

Excellent service , ordered tyres , much cheaper than anywhere else , at my door I think in just over a week , will be using giga tyres every time in the future .

i purchase 3 Evoluxx Capricorn UHP 235/40R19XL 96Y from giga tires but next day they cencil transaction with out any reason , i am not happy , tires was available at the time of purchase

Had to leave a fair review - the tyres were considerably cheaper from these guys (£40 a tyre and I needed three.) their communication isn’t the best and the tracking is a bit wild (showed delivered after one day…). The tyres do take a couple of weeks to arrive but they’re here - exactly as I ordered and I’ve saved a lot of money by just waiting. 👌🏻 recommend if you have patience.

Orded a set of tyres for a trip to tunisia order with 2 months to go and plenty of time for areas.
They took 7 weeks to turn up x1 was missing apparently lost !? Or not stocked
Correspondence is hard work with them repeatedly writing the same sentence as if A.I was talking apparently sending the missing tyre 4 months on we still havnt received replys or a customer related call they just don't care I wouldn't use them pay the extra and use a uk or local supplier im over 200gbp out of pocket and given up... wasted of time of a company

Ordering two winter tyres was easy enough, I didn’t realise they were coming from Germany though so would take a little longer than usual, quoted around 12 days for delivery and they did arrive a day late but they did definitely arrive and as described.
Could maybe keep buyers up to date with orders etc but then I guess it’s hard for overseas sellers to do this, once dpd got hold of them they were spot on and tracking was available and gave us a 1 hr time slot which was honoured.
Recommend seller, just be aware of delivery times and not much communication save for they’ve been dispatched- then local couriers but other that that a good experience.
