Thank you for repairing my car and for doing such a great job, you really can't tell that it's had a bump, in fact it looks back to showroom standard!!! Amazing experience all round.

My car had been extensively damaged down the length of one side,it was returned to me looking like a new car straight from the showroom ,the workmanship and paintwork quality were excellent.I was kept informed of progress throughout.

Excellent quality of work carried out and superb customer service. They want to ensure the customer is satisfied with the work and service they provide which is very reassuring. Got a glimpse of the working environment which was spotless and tidy, how a professional outfit should be. Highly recommend.

Can not fault the service from Gillibrand’s. They contacted me promptly to arrange booking my car in for repair and remained in touch via call/text throughout to ensure i was kept informed and was made aware of any issues etc. My car was returned prior to the estimated date of completion. The staff were friendly, professional and helpful during each contact and i’m extremely happy with the work they carried out on my car. Thank you!

From the moment I arrived to get my car assessed they were lovely. I spoke with a lovely guy who had over 20 years experience doing that job. He was really reassuring. I was booked in and told it would be 4 weeks. Knowing I was not happy driving the hire car I had been given ( Not by Gillibrands from elsewhere) they completed the work in under 2 weeks! I went to pick my car up and again wonderful, seamless service Natalie and Pete were FAB! I would not hesitate to use them again.

Fantastic communication and friendly staff. After the work on my vehicle was completed my car was like new. They even cleaned it which was the icing on top. I honestly can’t fault my experience and give top marks.

I didn't have any direct contact with Gillibrand about the repair work because it was done through the insurance company. They did provide me with a link to check the progress of the repair. When completed the hand over was professional and the repair done to a good standard.

Although it took some time to get all the parts, which was totally out of their control.
The overall finish and service is first class.
