I’m really impressed by the customer service and specially escalation team. Somehow i mistakenly placed order but then i asked for refund.
Their team coordinated with me in a very professional way and got me refunded all my amount.

Deberían tratar de comunicarse más con el cliente, por el tema de que realice mi compra y si no me comunico no me dan una solución.

No me gustó que se me realizarán pagos de cosas que no compre ni me suscribí. Pero me respondieron rápido y reembolso

You guys are just scammers nothing else, you trapped people in different ways and misuse their personal data and bank account details.

I have been in touch with the team , they are very cooperative, expecting to receive my refund soon.

They don't give refunds. They say they cancel your membership but yhey don't.

Kenny’s response has been very understanding and he is trying hard to solve this.
