Sorry this wasn’t what you expected. The item ordered was the Crawford’s 3 Star Special Reserve Miniature — the listing title and product page clearly state it’s a miniature, including the size. We aim to keep listings crystal clear and appreciate the feedback.

Hi, thanks for your feedback. We totally understand the frustration — since we’re based in the UK, orders shipped to the EU are subject to local customs and VAT, which are charged by your country’s authorities, not by us.
We always try to keep shipping fees fair and as transparent as possible, but sadly, post-Brexit import rules can make deliveries more expensive. We appreciate your understanding.

Genuine old fashioned service
All good. Received a nice out of stock malt. Well wrapped,Royal Mail. Probably tracked can’t remember. Three days maybe four, lots of updates.

Exceptional Service and Rare Whisky Found!
I was on vacation in Scotland and had been searching everywhere for the Nikka Yoichi Sherry & Sweet Distillery Exclusive Whisky, which is almost impossible to find, especially in North America. While on the train from Edinburgh to London, I came across Glenbotal and reached out to them via WhatsApp.
Their team quickly confirmed that they had the last bottle in stock and assured me it could be delivered before I returned home. To my surprise, the order arrived at my hotel within 24 hours of placing it!
I was beyond impressed, not only that Glenbotal had such a rare whisky in stock, but also with their outstanding customer service, fast communication, and incredibly quick delivery.
If you’re looking for hard-to-find whiskies and want a company that truly goes above and beyond, I can’t recommend Glenbotal enough. I will absolutely be ordering from them again.

Delivery was quick into our country
Delivery was quick into our country, although DHL made it hard. It's ok to require a signature but they didn't deliver on date requested and they wouldn't leave it somewhere else where I could sign for it.
There was no extra duty on this one either...
