Great Company
Promised delivery in 2 days and we got it in that time frame. Crabs were frozen solid but that’s ok as I had time to defrost before serving. Taste was fresh.

We see that the order you sent as a gift was delivered on time, but the one heading to you is stuck somewhere in transit. We highly apologize for this as we expected this to be delivered to you saturday before Christmas. We will be contacting fedex to see what happened as it seems it didn't move between tuesday and thursday. This result to us in unacceptable and I hope you will try and contact us to attempt to remedy the situation.
Too much salt in this product
Too much salt in this product. I purchased many different kinds of red caviar from multiple sellers, never had such unbearable salted taste.

Smoked salmon
I ordered two pounds of smoked salmon. It arrived at the promised timeframe and was packaged well. However I have to say that didn't like it at all. It was way too salty for me taste and I didn't like the texture of the fish - it felt too dry. It felt like it was either frozen or old or had been dried too much. I grew up on the coast of Russia and I am very used to eating smoked seafood. This one is no no for me. I couldn't eat unfortunately. Will never order fish like that from Global Seafoods again.

I purchased the Alaskan Sampler for my Dad as a Christmas present. He loves it. Online purchase was simple and it arrived very quickly. I had a question for them and they emailed me right back. Completely satisfied.

Shipping was perfect, arrived still frozen, with plenty of dry ice to spare.
Purchased several different caviar, so far have tried the Paddlefish and the Chum Salmon. Both were excellent. The Chum is just as described. Perfectly dry, and lots of pop. Really good flavor, and not too salty. THe Paddlefish was also really good for the price, nice color, lots of flavor. Will definitely buy from Global Seafoods again!

Amazing experience!
Delivery was in time, everything perfectly wrap. Kids had fun with dry ice. Caviar (we bought 1 grade) and fish were delicious and fresh! Will recommend this company to my friends and family and order again from them for sure! Thank you Global Seafoods!!

We have heard from you and we are sorry to hear that your order was damaged in route. We have offered a replacement of the product but since you have stated that you do not want any kind of solution to this issue then we are at an impasse. Please let us know if you change your mind,
Grade No2 tastes more like Grade No3
Grade No2 tastes more like Grade No3. We've got our usual holiday order of red caviar: 2 packages of grade No1 and 2 packages of grade No2. We do such order every year using Global Seafoods and the quality was exceptional every single time. This time though the quality of Grade No2 was really poor: it was covered in a lot of liquid and taste wasn't close to be Grade No2. Grade No1 is still great! It's sad that the overall experience with Global Seafoods this time wasn't at the level we've expected.

Love Fish
Well, being a particular customer, and having eaten all over the world,I was very pleased with my recent purchase of halibut steaks...they were both generous in size, moist, when not over-cooked, and delicious... I will be ordering more of these and, will be trying other types of fish Global Seafoods offer.
