Above expectations, as usual.

This time we ordered a couple of new products to try - chum salmon caviar grade 1 - great quality, I like it a little bit more salty, but the rest of the family said it was perfect. Pink salmon caviar grade 2 - great quality, perfectly salted to my taste.

The quality of the products is superb

The quality of the products is superb! I have bought red caviar and now black caviar and every time it arrives fresh and on time, I love it! Thank you for making your customer a priority! Happy holidays!

Not enough dry ice used.

The dry ice was gone by the time the fish arrived and thawing was taking place. This is in December. More dry ice should be used for shipments in my area (Arizona).

I've wanted fresh fish for over 15 …

I've wanted fresh fish for over 15 years. I'm in rural Nebraska on west end and no such thing here. My favorite is salmon, halibut, and cod. It was the price for the amount of lbs. that allowed me to try this (salmon & cod). Very impressed with how it shipped - packed in dry ice and a sturdy styrophome box double wrapped. All is in my freezer and will be cooking up in the next week.

fish filets not wrapped and floundering around in dry ice

the fish fillets were to be wrapped individually and they were not wrapped at all they were just free floating around in the dry ice. When I tried to place my second order I wanted to pay the extra 10$ to have them ind. vacuum packed to make sure it wouldn't happen again but I could not find the product on the website to reorder the way I wanted so I am just hoping it was an over sight the first time and won't be that way the second delivery - which should be arriving today. Also, the coolers... is there some way to reuse? I will be getting an order every 2 weeks thats a lot of coolers to just be throwing away...?

We saw your review on trustpilot and wanted to address it with you. You stated that you expected the fish to be individually wrapped, but the product description states specifically that the fish is NOT individually wrapped or vacuum packed. We do have vacuum packed cod, but that is not the product you ordered in either of your orders. To clarify, the product you ordered the second time will not be individually wrapped or vacuum packed. In the future you must order the specifically vacuum packed cod if you wish for it to be packed that way. If you for any reason are truly unhappy with your purchases you can always return them to us for a full refund. If you have any further questions then please let us know.

The caviar that I expected to arrive in 3 days arrived in 7 days. It was totally unfrozen and it wasn't in very good condition.

Excellent service starting with …

Excellent service starting with notifications, packaging, shipping, to fresh and true taste of salmon, exactly as the one my grandpa used to catch when I was little.
Thank you for your time and dedication to fullfill customers' desires.
Will be putchasing again for certain and have already spread the word to friends and family.

Average

Fish packaging was ripped and not good to start with:
Fish was delivered frozen and good quality
Caviar should have few smaller trays not one 1 kg package
Caviar was frozen and fresh but low quality

I am sorry to hear about the damaged items. If anything needs to be replaced then please let us know.

As for the caviar, if you want higher quality caviar then I suggest you order either a grade 1, or grade 2 caviar. You ordered a grade 3 caviar which is the lowest grade caviar we offer.

My first and for sure last purchase …

My first and for sure last purchase with Global Seafood was not a good one.
I ordered 10 lbs of Salmon for $72.00 and thought I was getting what was pictured for that product~ it was sliced but I received 4 whole frozen fish. How can I use a whole fish for me alone and you are not supposed to thaw out slice and refreeze!
I called and was told that’s how it comes and yes if I want to refreeze ~ no help at all.
I could have called my credit card and dispute the charges but decided not to order from them again. A lesson learned about false advertising.

I am sorry that you feel that we mislead you but that is not the case at all. You judged by a couple pictures of the product that we were selling you steaks. The product that we were selling was NOT salmon steaks, and nowhere on the product name, or description does it state that. The product is called Sockeye Salmon Headless & Gutted. In the description it is written that it is whole headless and gutted fish, nowhere does it mention steaks. All of the images show whole fish, and only a couple images show cut up fish in order to represent the color of the meat. Nowhere on that product description does it say that we sell Sockeye Salmon Steaks. That is an assumption you made because you obviously did not read the description of the product, or even the name of the product to that. We offered you the ability to return the product for a full refund, you have so far rejected that option. If you want to return it, then please let us know and we can process the return which is free of charge. In the future I suggest you pay attention to the description and name of the product you are purchasing and not make any assumptions.
