We always endeavour to reach an amicable agreement when a customer has ordered the wrong size. You are welcome to return the items unused at your own cost. The £30 charge is from our couriers if we were to arrange a collection. As we've had no further correspondence, if you want to return the goods at your own cost, please call our customer services department who will allocate you a returns code.

we repeatedly get very damaged boxes
we repeatedly get very damaged boxes. I don't know if the boxes gets thrown into the van or dropped but if some boxes contains liquid it spills everywhere. This time around our box of paper where totally ripped at least the reams still had its paper packing sealed around it but the box was ripped

We have been using Gloveman for 5 years.
Customer support is always amazing from Annabel and team.
Always receive order the next day.
The only one time there was a issue ( not gloveman the courier) Polly and Annabel couldn't have been more helpful to resolve it

Great customer service
Great customer service. Great products, will definitely be ordering from Gloveman in the future. Staff were very pleasant to speak to and called me to rearrange my delivery date instead if just changing the date.
