Glass fitted perfectly

The glass itself was a perfect size, no marks or scratches and was wrapped well for transport. Only downside for me is that they used yodel for delivery! Paid extra for next day delivery but didn’t arrive. Not glowing embers fault but that’s the only thing that dampened my experience with them.

Good quality items.

Good service overall and very happy with the products. The only thing which would have been useful, is to have been advised that our items were being delivered by separate companies. Would recommend however.

A Glowing reporrt for Glowing Embers

The instructions for ordering and sending off the template were clear and precise. The post office held us up for over a week but Glowing Embers agreed readily to wait the extra time to receive the template. After that the order came very quickly and fitted my woodstove perfectly. The glass was well packaged and the courier was careful.Fires every day since then.

Excellent service

Easy to order, best price, extremely quick delivery and a great product. Good communication (although no detail re delivery day) and confidence in the after care service. Definitely would use Glowing Embers again.
