A pleasure to do business with

It is the first time I have used glowing embers for my log burning stove. I found the service second to none quick reliable and great communication. The packaging was well thought out, definitely use this company again, thank you so much.

Excellent service.

Fast and very helpful response to an initial website and subsequent enquiries. Rapid dispatch and delivery of a bespoke item. The entire experience was straightforward. Will certainly use Glowing Embers again.

The flue arrived 4 days late despite…

The flue arrived 4 days late despite paying for next day delivery and asking on several occasions if we would definitely receive it next day.
I took the Wednesday off work to install it for it not to turn up, then on the promise it was arriving Friday, I took that off as well. Guess what? It never turned up again. I called and called 6 times that afternoon but my call was not answered, strange ey???
It finally turned up on Sunday.
2 days wages lost, one very disappointed customer! I won’t be using them again.

Dispatched an incorrect item 1st…

Dispatched an incorrect item 1st time.
Very goid quibble free conversation with the supplier. They dispatched a replacement straight away. Unfortunately, the replacement item is the same as the 1st item. Incorrect!
