I can see my review would be same has everyone els , a very frustrating experience and company , I called on hold for an hour then got cut off each time I got transferred over, this has been going on for 2 days now unfortunately my order was placed with them so out of my control , Hope no one uses this company and they get shut down so many bad reviews and they not doing nothing to improve their service

Impossible to get a customer service in a call or email.. I have been calling for two days.. I'm still on the call right now.. 2h ishh already.. In the tracking it keep on being in transit on my freaking city for days.. WTF.. My order was ship the 27/11/24 from Ottawa.. I'm in Montreal is like not that far.. fckng frustrating! They better not lost my package i swear to god!!
Useless service
Shipment didn’t arrive on time, so I called GLS. After an hour and 45 minutes on hold, they told me that they couldn’t fit it on the truck, so it was left behind.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. I’ve been waiting for a package for 2 weeks. The status continues to state “on the truck for delivery by the end of the day” but it never shows us. Ive sent an email, and it’s been over a week with still no response. Now, I’ve been on the phone for 2 hours oh hold waiting to speak with a representative… horrible
Terrible courier service!
Awful! Received package opened. Since this is a good product, I tried to call and inquire as to why am fro advise of the situation and have been waiting on the line now for an hour and 20 minutes listening to the same message over and over and over and over. What terrible service.
Don't care about the customer
Sent my package to the wrong city and didn't notify me. I needed it on Thursday. On Friday I was on the phone for 2 hours but nobody would answer. Sent an email but nobody responded. Needed the package yesterday, but now they are closed until Monday. Nobody to contact so i can pick it up at their facility.
The worst courier service ever
The worst courier service ever, they lost my first package, then the second replacement package they said they tried delivering it and when I called customer service, this was the comment "house was locked" which is BS because they never came. I'm now running down a third package and it looks like another dead end with them. the tracking status has no update, 4 days now.
Delayed delivery and poor customer service
Delayed delivery, poor communications and awful call center staff…..the online store where I made my purchase used GLS to ship my purchase. This is my first and, hopefully, last time I have to use them!
They admitted they lost my package
They admitted they lost my package even with tracking number. After about 15 emails, multiple phone calls and online chats this place they finally admitted it but still waiting to get an email so I can get a refund from the vendor. Absolutely sh#t company and service. This place couldn't deliver a sandwich in a paper bag!
Horrible. Waiting time to talk to an agent is 1, been on hold over 1hr! I'm the logistics coordinator and deal with them daily. Will cancel the acct.
Their site doesn't give me good info to trace a package.need to talk to an agent, waiting time is 13 minutes, been on hold and still on hold for 1h15 minutes. They picked up while writing this. 3 out of 4 boxes were delivered. The 4th box is at their service center for the past 2 months! Horrible. I'm logistics coordinator for my company and I will start the procedures to change courrier.

Essayer de joindre quelqu'un pour un retard de 3 semaines. A 3 reprises j'ai tenté de joindre quelqu'un pour savoir où était rendu mon colis. La mise en attente me dit 15 minutes d'attente..... fine je vais attendre ça fait 3 semaines que mon colis est supposé être arrivé. A 3 reprises on me dit en 15 et 18 minutes d'attentes et je me fais raccrocher après 1h53 d'attente. Déjà que je peux pas parler à quelqu'un...... en bon québécois ça met en tabarnak d'attendre 20x le temps dit au départ pour se faire raccrocher sans parler à personne. GLS désolé mais vous aurez jamais de références positives de ma part.

Expensive order requiring signature was shipped through GLS since Canana Post is on strike. I tracked it and parcel was to arrive on Friday. I live in a large building and I arrived as the driver was coming out of the communal, public lobby. He had just dropped off my parcel and had full intentions in leaving it in the lobby. Never asked for my ID or the required signature. Fair enough...I had my parcel. I checked my tracking but it was no longer found. Unfortunately my delivery had to be returned to the shipper and when I received my new tracking number, my old tracking came up. I went through it and was interested in what was in the signature box. The driver had signed my name!! I emailed GLS yesterday with my concern and I haven't heard back.
I would never recommend this company.
Ordered 21 books from book outlet in…
Ordered 21 books from book outlet in canada. GLS lost them all. Had to get a refund from bookoutlet. Some of those were gifts. Thanks guys.... i think i will be avoiding bookoutlet from now on after this, and GLS, when possible.
We never received our parcel and then we were ignored.
We never received our parcel. I was promised they would look into it. We never heard from them again. Don’t use them. Deplorable business.

Horrible Service
Had a package delivered by them today. I live in an apartment, but our buzzer system is broken. However, there is a note on the main door saying that it's broken and to call if the door is locked. The door was clearly propped open, the sign is obvious to see as it's at eye level and they still proceeded to leave the package on the front steps. My building is on the busiest street in my town, and the package could have been stolen so easily and probably would have been if my husband hadn't gotten home when he did.
Don't use GLS
Don't use GLS for business, important deliveries, or anything that you need delivered in a reasonable timeframe.
My parcel has been "out for delivery" 2 days in a row. It was a "guaranteed next day delivery".
what a HORRIBLE company
what a HORRIBLE company - NEVER EVER EVER use them, I have been shipping packages for 12 years, the few times there have been issues have all been with GLS (I keep saying I am not dealing with them again and my software chooses them). The level of incompentency is incredible, they LOSE packages, do not follow up, and there is NO-ONE to talk to, there is no common sense, they do not care, this is a warning to NOT use them ever

Horrible company…my package said delivered even though it wasn’t. Thought it was a mistake but 2 days later still no package. I call them just to find out they don’t service my area. Which is weird why they would say they delivered when they didn’t even attempt to deliver. After days of phone calls I was told my package was at a checkpoint area where I could go and pick it up. I show up to the warehouse and give them the info, wait 20min it’s just to be told they don’t have it. Try and call GLS back, estimated wait time says no longer than 3 min except always still on hold after 30+ min. Hang up try again and same thing, still haven’t been able to get back in touch with them. Horrible experience will never deal with this company again.
