Their tracking is useless. They update when it's picked up, but it seems shipments can spend many days in transit with no scans reported. Even the departure info doesn't give a location

Service médiocre

Service médiocre. La ceuillette s'est fait le lundi à Trois-Rivières et on est le jeudi et rien reçu et j'habite Shawinigan. Dans le système de suivis, à chaque jour cela indique en livraison et cela retourne en transit. Après plusieurs appels, on me dit que ma commande sera livrée en priorité qu'ils envoient des messages au chauffeur et cela ne donne absolument rien 😡

Colis ( plante) même pas arrivée au moment prévu. Soit disant route barrée comme si c'était la seule route pour se rendre à St Hyacinthe. De plus ils étaient censé me téléphoner pour que j'aille moi même récupérer ma plante et pas d'appel. Vraiment, je ne recommande pas.

Item ordered via Amazon not delivered

I ordered an item from Amazon and unfortunately it was sold through a private seller who uses GLS for delivery. After my frustration dealing with them, I decided to check their review. I was not surprised at the one star they got. I should have given them zero star if I could.
They suddenly showed up to deliver a package at my house on a Friday morning at 7.50 a.m. without a phone call or any prior information. Although Amazon had told me that the package would be delivered on Saturday. Friday is a work day. I am not sure how they expected anyone to be at home on a Friday morning . Then they left a note that I should call to arrange a pick-up. I called and they said they will give me a call back to pick up when the driver arrives their office at 5.00p.m. When I asked for their closing time, the operator said 5.00 p.m. Then I asked how the item could be picked up at 5.00 p.m. since they close at 5.00 p.m. She could not give me any reasonable answer. Eventually, they never called and I did not receive the item. By Saturday, there was no one to speak to in the office. As at today ( Saturday), I have still not received the item nor a phone call from GLS.

I still have not received my products…

I still have not received my products after being told by the shipping company that I would receive them by June 23rd. For the amount I spent you would have thought that my products would have been sent through Canada post. But you they were sent through a company (GLS) that hasn’t been able to deliver my products after SIX DAYS of it being in the same province as me, yet somehow it was able to get from Toronto to Calgary in FOUR HOURS. Yeah, explain that one. Calling their customer service is a nightmare, the automation prompts you, then when you hit the prompt it will tell you it is invalid. If you do manage to get through you are met with customer service reps who clearly don’t give a flying you know what.

une étoile c'est même déjà de trop , le pire service que j'ai eu de ma vie , mon entreprise passe pour une mauvaise a cause de leurs service médiocre . Trois jours qu'il ne passe pas chercher un colis qu'il remet toujours au lendemain ou le livreur ne veux juste pas passer ! Trois jours qu'il on toujours des excuses de leurs mauvais service .En tout cas je ne recommande vraiment gls c'est dommage .

Je viens de recevoir mon colis de la pharmacie Familiprix,et malgrer qu'ils ont prix la peine d'y placé un scelant au nom de la pharmacie afin de demontré ci le colis a ete manipulé par des gens indiscret ou malhonnête,et bien c'est le cas des employés de GLS! Car les deux cotés de la boite ont ete déchiré pour etre certain de bien pouvoir ouvrire la boite en entier et verifié ci il aurait eu syelque chose d interessant a volé et l'aurait signalé comme livré!Mais comme ils ont vus que ce n'était qu'un pot de medicament sans importance.ild ont refermé la boite et mis un ruban trasparant pour fermer la boite et ont venu me livrer mon colis dans cet état ,sans gêne ni remort! Bravo!

Driver left parcel on doorstep which is 10 feet away from the sidewalk in the worst part of downtown Chilliwack OBVIOUSL:Y someone is going to steal it and I caught them had to chase them down to get my package. Maybe some driver intuition? LAME

GLS has been great for us!

We have been using GLS for 5 months. We send out packages a few times a week and they have been great! Their price is always the cheapest, they deliver on time and our customers have all been happy!
Our pickup driver Havee is awesome! Always friendly and polite 😊

Don't Waste Your Time

5/29 @ 12:00: Booked pickup from GLS through a third party shipping service.
5/29 @ 14:59: Courier scanned "Nothing to pickup"
6/1 @ 10:00: Courier apologized for the delay, told me it was scanned as nothing to pick up by their employee, and ensured me my package would be picked up shortly.
6/1 @15:45: Cancelled pickup and went with another service.

You can't honestly expect people to trust their package will arrive when this is how you treat their pickup. I should have read reviews and saved myself some time, because this is ridiculous.

Absoulte dog shit company

Absoulte dog shit company, lost 1 package for 2 weeks, finally got it to me, 2nd package has been lost for 3 weeks now and now that I chewed them out, it's magically damaged... I REALLY HATE THEM.

Horrible company

Horrible company. They just left a note at the front door with a phone # to arrange a pick up. They didn't even phone or try to reach me over the intercom system at the apartment building. Tried to phone the company but couldn't reach anybody, could only leave a voice mail. No return call yet.

If I could rate this lower than 1 star…

If I could rate this lower than 1 star I absolutely would. First of all this was my very first experience between Altimax & Armour Transport, and definitely my last, and oh boy what a crap show. Waited 2 days for my package and got the complete run around. At the end I was informed the package was disposed of in the dumpster in the parking lot where I live. I checked all 6 dumpsters and there was nothing there. Beyond devastated and can't get anywhere with anyone regarding this matter 🤦‍♀️

GLS SUCKS FOR SERVICE

Oh, they didn't have enough time to deliver a package on Friday. Then they tell me Monday and now that because they don't have room on the truck, they can't deliver it until tomorrow. Well, everybody should know, do not use GLS because they don't care for customer service and I'm going to get them to be known. As the worst delivery service ever, I am actually pulling where I get my parts. Because they use GLS and I'm taking my customers with me.

Repetitive missed pickups.

GLS sales rep has been after me for months to leave ClickShip and use GLS. Maybe if they showed up consistently I would but they have more missed pick ups than any other service I have used. I'm done with them. The extra price is not worth the aggravation.

Absolutely do not use GLS!! PROPERTY DAMAGE

Well where do I start! GLS should not be delivering parcels because there drivers damage your property!! The driver that made a delivery at my home drove into my brand new garage door and completely buckled it beyond repair. When I confronted the company they didn’t call me back they turned it over to someone who they subcontract deliveries too. The person eventually called me would not give me any information with regards to the owners and the name of the company that GLS hired to deliver my parcel. They only said someone will contact me to arrange a time to view the damage. The driver himself called me to apologize to admit that he thought the truck was in park and when he got out the truck drove forward into my garage. He said he was sorry and new to Canada! I said I am sorry you damaged my property, but the door now needs replacing. The lady who contacted me from this company was making this accident out like I should give the driver a break and pay for it myself. Days have passed and know one has called me back from this mysterious subcontractor that GLS had hired to deliver my parcel, which was a case of wine, which the driver also shouldn’t have left without properly ID the recipient! I have tried to call GLS and not one person is calling me back to deal with this issue!! So courier companies can damage your property and not have any accountability for their actions ! Nothing but run a round and BS ! Please do not use this company for pick ups or deliveries if a driver damages your property they will ignore it!!
GLS if you read this IAM TAKING YOU TO COURT!

Thoroughly disappointed!!

First time using GLS and I have been waiting for a pick up service and today is 5 days since I have made my request. I am not happy and my parcel has not even made it out the door yet. Does this mean I will be chasing my parcel around the country? Perhaps I should just go with another Courier company that I can trust? The service is terrible!!

Package was left in a very obscure location…

Package was left in a very obscure location in the building. Almost filed it missing but went on a manhunt with a few others to verify it was not left here. Drove past two other locations at the building you could have dropped at but decided to put it in a random door that was open. Not impressed.
