Today makes it 5 days or so that my website and email hosting is down. This people didn't reply emails, messages or anything. Only for me to go on twitter and saw a meagre update on the issue.

You are holding businesses hostage and you're talking nonsense. After this issue, I'm transferring my domain.

Never never use these people, they have the worst service to offer. My business email has been down for over a week and no resolution.

Somebody introduced me to this service, im disapointed with the service, im angry with the person aswell. i regreted using this service. luckily for us, we've not transfered all our sites here. The sites are always down

WhoGoHost, do something fast!
Customer support used to be lightening fast!, and via any channels you wanted.
As at today, after almost 5 hours, I have no response, no one to complain to about the issues with the website.

I really used to enjoy the service and was quick to recommend, but it has now gone to the dogs. I have started moving my clients away from this service. What a shame.

WhoGoHost are terrible hosting service providers. I have been using them for a while but it seems they are getting worse by day. This is second outage I have with them. Today August 18th 2023 I have been trying since morning to access cpanel to ant of the 2 hosting services I have with them but I couldn't. I sent them mail since morning and now I am writing this review at night, they are yet to reply. This hosting provider should be banned.

Very bad exprience with is company they suspended my account telling us they are migrating from one server to another.
they are real scammer and Allah will surely take them down to hit the earth Insha Allah.
Since Monday 13th August 2023 I did not sleep because of the databases they hold telling us they are migrating. they are thiefs Wallahi i did not forgive them.

Do not host your website on this company, they'll trick you into paying for their hosting services and after the payment, they'll go on to suspend your website saying it's a suspicious domain, they are scam, they are scam, bunch of scammers, do not say I didn't warn you, i am a victim and i wouldn't want you to be one, save your self.

Ah, make I yarn you sometin' 'bout dis Whogohost wey dey scatter my head. E be like say dem chop beans wey dey give dem yama-yama service. My broda, dis Whogohost na confirm set-up! Dem go just dey do like say dem sabi, but na wash dem dey wash. Na totori, no be lie!

First of all, na dem server wey slow pass tortoise wey chop ogbono. You go wait taya before ya website go even see road. E go shock you say you fit carry belle, born pikin, and e never load finish. Na wickedness be dat!

As if dat one no do, dem customer service na zero. Dem no send person, na mumu dem be. You go send mail, dem no go answer. You go call, dem go dey do I too busy. Dem no dey even send dem village people answer phone sef. Na wa o! Dem no get time for customers, dem just dey do "come and be going" customer service. Dem think say na play?

Abeg, make I no even start about dem downtime wahala. E be like say dem dey use our website do hide and seek. Sometimes e go dey online, next moment e go disappear like Nigerian politician. Dem dey use us shine dem yansh for public. Dem no get respect at all!

My broda, no near Whogohost at all! If you wan save ya head and ya website, find another better option. Dis Whogohost na scam dem be. Dem go just give you headache and frustration. Dem no worth ya money at all. Abeg, run for ya life before dem use dia whogojuju catch you.

Frequent downtime. Shady claims of shared hosting. Database crash. Security leaks. Poor technical support.

Scammers I have lost alot of money on this company nothing is working out if you want to die young try this whogohost company you can't even sleep I wish I can give them zero review

They have terrible service...infact the worst have encountered in my entire experience as a dev. Their customer care can never solve any of your ticket complain. These people are clueless. The time they have to solve the issue, they will use it to tell you sorry. ,

Anything you are dong in this life, avoid whogohost, they are more of a scam than a hosting company, if you want a fast and reliable website, please avoid that Host called WHOGOHOST.

Poor customer support even when your website is down, nobody responds to you

I have been hosting my clients websites with them for over 5 years now and I can say I'm disappointed every time, I stayed with them because I thought things will change, no matter the plan you bought, the slow website loading is still there, the 'unable to connect' is still there, they are worst I swear I need a recommendation where I can be hosting without issues.

I regret hosting my client website with them

Their customer support is 0%, you can't rely on them. Seems like it's just a group of local unserious friends that's running the company.

Worst Hosting Company I know, their customers service is too poor, slow , delayed response. They are making me sick. New website pending, no body to talk to
