I ordered (and was charged) for 2 bras on 5/21/2022. Products were never received and emails were never returned. They have no contact number. This is an absolute scam. Since most everyone has this experience, I am working on a class-action lawsuit.

My mum ordered my items on May 23 but she still has not received her items the tracking number is also not working. she contacted via email 3 times but they still did not respond to emails. If i could give zero stars i would. They messaged her that they would help is and i emailed them again for the fourth time yet her item is still missing. The tracking number is fake and everything is fake. Her £50 worth of items are missing and it has been 3 months. this is the worst app I've ever seen please don't buy anything from this app and please don't trust the tiktok videos

DON’T do it! It looks great on social media but it’s not only an ill fitting bra, but I have sent 3 emails to their customer service with no response. The only reason I tried it was because the website said “easy, free returns.” Well I want my money back and no one will respond.

I ordered items on 23 May 2022 but up to today I haven't received my package. I think this company is a scam & i think it should be shut down because lots of people are gonna fall for their ads.

I have ordered my bras over two months ago and haven’t received it yet. This has got to be the worst experience of online buying for me. Have sent multiple emails and haven’t heard back. This place had no customer service at all. This is not how you treat paying customers and I am going to tell everyone of my bad experience and not to order from you guys. What a waste of time.

I've purchased a bra in May. I still haven't received my item. I left multiple emails. I don't know what's the hold up, but I wouldn't dare do it again. As far as anybody else. They must of paid ya'll to make them reviews because. Ya took my money but damn sure haven't received anything.

I purchased the bra the Tick Tok bra this bra is a mess the size was way off I ordered 38DD the bra has to be 34A it is terrible I have sent several of emails asking for a refund nothing at all have not heard anything from them waste of $35.00

The experience is not even 1 star. It should be 0 stars. I ordered a bra in 12th may and still haven’t received it. They haven’t given me a track number or anything. I contacted them on the email about 4-5 times. And I still haven’t received a reply. They don’t have phone number too. All the have is one contact information. It’s not like I bought it cheap too. I payed a high price too. The service is very bad and don’t trust these websites.
Even after people have write the review, they reply with the same comment.

Ordered the viral 'TikTok' bra from them. Took 2 weeks to even get a tracking number and another 2 weeks to arrive. Received the wrong size. When I reported it, GoChumbo offered me a $5, then a $8 refund when I paid almost $35 for the bra with shipping. They wanted me to return the item in order to get a full refund but when I took the package to the post office they said it would be $40!!! They are so hard to deal with and I swear they sent the wrong bra on purpose because its impossible to send them a return. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

Reply to their response: I have already contacted your customer support email directly. I have also had an ongoing Paypal complaint going as well. These problems have yet to be resolved. No point in contacting customer service again.

If I could leave negative stars I would. I ordered a bra just a bra on may 15th and I still haven’t received it. I reached out to the company and no one had responded. This is absolutely ridiculous. Do not order from them

I place an order in April and I have not received my package nor can I get in contact with the company.

I ordered on the 21st of may still haven’t received my order and says waiting to be shipped still, I’ve emailed twice and haven’t had any response, awful service!

Horrible service. Took forever to get them and only got it because I requested a refund. Then once I got them I didn't like them. Emailed customer service 3 times to try to return or exchange for something else and have gotten NO response at all! Very upsetting!
