Literally awful. Took 6 weeks to ship my item, did not respond to my emails asking for an update, and only shipped after I opened up a PayPal case against them. Received the completely wrong item, and GoChumbo is trying to offer me a $10 partial refund for a $50 item that I never received. Absolutely scammy trash.

Unable to give negative stars. They took my money and have not sent anything. I have emailed them 3 times and have not even got a reply. Worst company ever!! Don't do it! I wish I had some recourse.

So I wrote a review a few weeks ago and I still have yet to receive my order. I emailed several times and no response. This is a scam and they just take your money. Do not order from these people. They say oh we’re sorry just email us but nothing in response. This company is horrible they need to be reported for stealing money and scamming people!

I wish I would’ve seen these reviews before placing my order over a month ago. I’ve Emailed the support team twice and have yet to get a response. Highly disappointed

Update* I received my order a few days ago, and it’s not even the right size! I did email about it and have yet to hear back..

Just don't waste your time. I was all excited about ordering the bra and trying it out. I ordered and about a week later reached out for the status on my order. They got right back to me with the info. Fast forward about a month later the package was marked delivered but there was no package. I have reached out multiple times and nothing. No one has responded about the missing package. At this point I don't even want to try the bra I just want my money back. I am a loyal customer and will purchase from one company every time I need something. How does any company expect to have and/or keep returning customers like this?

UPDATE: I did receive a response which a question I answered and since then haven't heard back. I emailed in the same thread asking for a refund at this point because we aren't getting anywhere and crickets. The communication is horrible with Chumbo and so is the service as a whole. It's so easy to make customers happy but just as easy to upset them. I made a purchase, do not have my product and I am now being ignored.

The company had this response to say to my original review:

"Hi Penelope C, we’re sorry to hear about your experience. Our team will definitely be able to assist. Please email support gochumbo.com with your order details so we can assist better. We’ll be on a lookout for your email."

If GoChumbo had actually taken the time to read my review they would have seen I said I already emailed several times. Again, I have emailed 2 days ago with no response. That's email number 7 with no reply. If you really cared about my experience you would give me my $60 back. Terrible customer service.

Item delivered only after chasing for over a month. I want to return the item and it’s all gone quiet. I’ve sent 4 emails and have been ignored so far. The good reviews on here are very suspicious with poor English. Avoid!!!!

The bra I got was Definitely too small for any big chested ladies. I ordered a DDD and it don’t even cover half of my boob. Also since it is drop shipped it took a month and a half to receive!!! I can’t even return it because you can only return items within 30 days and I didn’t even get the thing until after that. I also tried to leave a review on their website and it won’t let me because of my email apparently “isn’t from an existing purchase” which is just bs for “we don’t want any bad reviews on our site”. EXTREMELY UNHAPPY WOTH THIS PURCHASE.

Don't be scammed by this company. It is coming from China. If you need to return it they want it shipped back to China. If you are not willing to ship back to China they will give you $5 and you can keep a product you don't want and cant use. No where on the website does it say product is coming from China. They say free shipping. What a joke.
Then it takes over 2 months to get.
Product is not true to size and really just crap.
Don't fall into this scam.

Never received my item. I sent a request to cancel and refund my money. The company did reply stating the order had been canceled and a refund would be received. As of today, I haven’t received anything.

Your response is standard…..You have been notified 5 times with everything you need to identify this order. You are delaying. I want my refund.

Waiting for my package for 6 weeks...still nothing. I have written several times that I want a refund....but still haven't received it. Buyers beware this company will screw you over and over

Bad experience it’s been a month I haven’t received my order

GoChumbo is a fraudulent website that SCAMS innocent consumers. If you are able, please REPORT this site to the FTC and Justice Department for fraudulent advertising and business practices.

I ordered a bra and a waist trainer since mid April and paid for express shipping. No tracking information or order updates were given. Emailed several times after a week passed and I heard nothing. Emailed several times AGAIN after a month since I no longer wanted the product after not receiving it. Still no answer. Requested refund several times. Radio silence.

They say here to email the support email and they'll respond within 1-2 business days. Its a LIE. I have received no correspondence, no product and NO REFUND. I am furious because I worked hard for my money and this company STOLE it from me.

Their replies to their negative reviews are generic and likely automated. Many do not even address the individual concerns of their base complaints at all. The positive reviews are FABRICATED. Any company that has this many customers calling it a scam must obviously be fishy and I wish I'd read the reviews before I purchased.

They attempt to do damage control by attempting to dilitute their terrible reviews with positive ones but they are FAKE. Look at the quantity, timing, and grammatical structure of the reviews. All fake.

Please, REPORT THIS COMPANY TO THE FTC AND JUSTICE DEPARTMENT. So they no longer can do business in the US and continue scamming innocent buyers.

So after 2nd review where I stated my reply from the gochumbo support. This is my reply. Mind you I stated that there were false reviews, that they had stated my order was very large, and that I have a claim into PayPal. Don’t be fooled. These guys are thieves

It took over 5 weeks to receive a bra and tummy wrap. The bra doesn't fit, too small and uncomfortable. The body wrap is missing the loop on the end, it's just velcro and no instructions. It's impossible to even wear. I see how many were scammed on here and I'm another that at least received the order but it's knock offs, I can't even use them. Truly disheartening to pay $50 dollars just to be scammed, I also saw their ad on tic tok, the wrap I received is not the one advertised.

I spent $50 here last April and received no product. 100% a scam. Don't give money to these people like I did. I also believe all of the positive reviews here are fake. Lots of the wordage is strange or broken English is being used. I also notice everytime a bad review is posted, a good review is posted shortly after. I don't think that is a coincidence.

I ordered a body suit and a bra from this company. It’s been a month and still no product. I reached out to them multiple times, via email, Instagram & tiktok, and still no responses. I contacted my bank & the fraud department is opening an investigation. One way or another, I’m getting my money back. They definitely scammed the wrong girl. I highly suggest you don’t ever order anything from this thieving company!

I made an order to gift it to my mother, on April 27. Over a month passed, and I have not received any shipment order confirmation. I went to their webpage to verify my order number, and it said the order was awaiting shipment. I sent follow up emails to the email they provided, to see why my order had not been sent yet, and I have received no response whatsoever, 37 days later. Unless they actually send me what I ordered, explain why it hasn't been sent yet, or send me a total refund for the products that have not been received, this is a total scam! They took my money and went radio silent after that. Don't fall for it like I did... I'm super disappointed in them.

Update (6/10/22): At GoChumbo's request, I emailed them for a third time, hoping to get an update on my order or get a full refund since the product has not been received yet. Let's see if they answer, since they "will be on the lookout for my email" now...

Update (6/15/22): I have yet to receive a response to my many emails. My order is still pending and I have not received either of the two items I ordered. Do not understand what the holdup is when they cannot even respond to an email. Horrible customer service!
GoChumbo is a big scam!!

Update (6/16/2022): They finally responded to my email stating that my package was lost in their warehouse and that they would arrange a new parcel for me. I told them to please send me the package and asked them when I can expect it to arrive. Hopefully the waiting game won't last two more months before I get the package or a response. Really hoping for things to start looking up with GoChumbo.

Update (6/17/2022): They responded via email stating: "We are sorry to say that we are not sure of the expected delivery date because it is determined by the post office, but we can help you to urge logistics companies to speed up freight." So, I responded with: "I will wait 1 month for it. If I don't receive what I ordered by July 17, 2022, I want a full refund. The original order was made in April 2022, so 3 months should be more than enough time for my order to get to me." I must say that the customer service I have received has -drastically- improved, however, one month should be more than enough time for the order to get to me. This is my last attempt to try to get their product.

Update (7/22/2022): After the last message from GoChumbo stating that they would speed up freight, I've waited for a month and a few days to see if I would receive the product. Since I haven't received it, I went to their webpage to see the shipment status of my order. Imagine my surprise when it still read "Awaiting Shipment"... It's been too long waiting for a product they haven't even sent my way. I sent them an email asking for a full refund. They have forever lost me as a client.

Update (July 23, 2022): They responded to my email saying: "Sorry for keeping you wait as the first batch sells out. We have cancelled your order and the full refund will be credited to your original payment method in around 7-14 business days." I will be verifying after 20 days to see if we received the refund.

Update (August 4): Their refund was finally reflected on my account. So glad the time frame they gave me was accurate! This will forever conclude this saga.
