I ordered my items on May 23 but i still not received my items the tracking number is also not working i contact via email 3 times but still not respond to emails this is the worst app i never seen please don't buy anything from this app and please don't trust the tiktok videos

I Ordered a product over a month ago. I emailed asking when it would be shipped with no response. I asked to cancel and refund the order (the amount was already taken out of my account) and no response.

I placed my order on May 25th after seeing the items and comments on TikTok. I have attempted to reach customer service via email 4 times and they have never responded. The updates on my order continues to state - awaiting shipment. When attempting to search my order number I get response order can not be found I plan to post my experience with this company on TikTok so that other women can be made aware of the horrible customer service.

I ordered a bra from them that was supposed to be the best. I spent $50.00 to wait almost two months for the size to be wrong so far wrong it is to small and keeps riding up on me and the cup size is two sizes smaller.

I placed an order May 7, 2022 and recieved my tracking number. When I place it in the website, it can't track it or update shipment status. I email chumbo's customer service May 14, 2022, no response. I still haven't received my order and their customer service is not responding. This is the most horrible service i have ever had and will be forwarding this to top influencers to spread the word about them.

If I could give them a negative star I would. I a rather large chested person so I thought buying these bras would be the ticket. I purchased a 46G. I received a 46DD which is way too small I have requested several times for a way to return for exchange for correct size or simply refund my money with no response never again!!!
Now they want me to email them for a third or fourth time the first two or three requests for assistance to return the product they sent in the wrong size fell on deaf ears now that they get a negative review they are soooo willing to help. Where was this willingness last month when I finally got my package after waiting a month from order date to get it only to receive the wrong size. I work in retail customer service 5 days a week so I completely understand mistakes happen but then you own that mistake and when your customer emails with an issue you fix it don't let it take a negative review on someone else's site for you to take action. It has now been past the 30 "no hassle returns" policy, what a joke! It has been nothing but a headache and hassle to replace these bras! Never again will I buy from a place that is soooo difficult to reach out to. Don't respond to emails and no customer service number to call. All can say for me, this company is trash!

I placed my order on May 7th and I still have not received my order . They sent me an email stating that my item was on the way on May 28th and I still have not received it. I also emailed them and no response. Don't waste your money and a product you will never receive and on not getting any response to your email.

it took over 5 weeks to get my order and the two bras i ordered in my size were so small i could barely get them on. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!

If I could give them zero stars or even negative I would. They told me I would get my product in 2-3 days, it took two months. They sent me product that was the incorrect size, and it looked like someone wore them before. They would give me a return label and expected me to pay to ship it to China! Do not buy from them unless you are willing to throw money away!!!

Awful company that scams people out of their hard earned money. Ordered 3 items from their website since the beginning of MAY. Never received anything and no one responds to emails for updates or a refund. I've sent numerous emails with no response. I am convinced the positive reviews are fake and are fabricated by the company.

I placed an order on June 2nd and I'm still waiting for it to ship. After finding multiple, I mean MULTIPLE horrible reviews on this company, I emailed to cancel my order and be refunded since they already took the money. I have sent 5 emails and not a single one has been answered. This is the worst experience I've had with a company. Save your time and money, you can find the same bras on Amazon for literally $17.

I bought 2 bras and the sizes are way off. I’ve tried contacting them by email so I can return them, but I haven’t gotten any response from them. It took 2 months after I placed my order to receive them. This is really bad customer service!

Ordered never sent. They are not responding to my emails. Avoid this site as they do not ship their orders. It's been a months now and nothing.

I ordered from this company. I checked the status for three weeks which always stated we received your order. Your order will be shipped ASAP. I never received updates, nor a tracking number regarding my order. I contacted the company via their website. No response. Because I paid through PayPal, I initiated a complaint and was refunded within a couple of days. Do not order from Gochumbo. It's a scam.

I ordered these bras several months ago the tracking that I had worked but says it was being delivered to a different address that I did not input. I emailed the company thinking I would get a response and nothing. I placed the order in April knowing it would probably take a little bit to get the package delivered but I was willing to wait until I saw that it was being delivered to a whole different city across the state.

Worst company ever… If you’re here you’ve probably already ordered so you’re in for a disappointment… Shipping takes forever and they don’t communicate with the buyer… Once I got my bras that I ordered the band was the right size but the cups are miniature… Seriously I couldn’t fit one boob in both cups Put together… Save yourself the time and the hassle because trying to return is probably not worth it when you have to pay postage all the way to China and they charge a 15% restock fee on top of that…what a racket!

I bought from them 2 bra's on the first of may 2022. 3 weeks later i had not received a confirmation email or tracking number. I decide to email them, thats when i got an appolgy and a tracking that didn't work. I waited patiently untill i emailed again and told them that i am not happy i will let the world know about this. 13 of June i then received my bra's. Good stuff and i love them. Good quality i must say but i ordered a smaller size or their sizes are smaller. But you guys must improve on the customers service department.

These people don’t deserve even one star ⭐️ they are the worst company I have ordered something from them 2 month ago until now my order is not even shipped I have emailed them but no reply they are really fraud and fake advertisement. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone don’t waste your money on them
