Don't do it

I've been waiting on my order for over a month. Nothing received other than an order confirmation. I wish I would have read up on this company before I ordered. Looks like I'm having the same issues as everyone else.

It’s been over a month!

I ordered a set of bras almost a month ago and haven’t revived anything other than a confirmation email. But nothing since. I emailed the support team and have yet to have a response. This is a scam.

Good luck getting your products

Good luck getting your products. I have emailed, wrote on tiktok and no reply, asking for a refund. It has been a month and I have no update on the 2 bras I bought, which I bought for vacation that I leave in two days for. The products were supposed to be here by May 24th, but they haven't even shipped, nothing. They say email their support team, but you won't hear back, I have sent 3 emails.
Edit: Going on 7 weeks and still no products, tracking info or response. I have sent 4 emails, none of which have been responded to. I am not sure how they can respond on here, but refuse to respond to an email. I am guessing they are waiting to ship the items( however long that may take) so they don't have to give me a refund. The fine print says they will not give money back after the items ships, and there is no phone number to be able to contact them either.

The sizing is waaaaaay off

The sizing is waaaaaay off. I didn't realize this was not a company in the US. It took forever to get here. I was OK with that but I can't even get "my size" around me. I've emailed twice inquiring how to return them (i bought 2) & get a refund. Nobody has gotten back to me yet. I will dispute the charge if need be.

Sincerely sorry for the inconvenience.

For this issue, we have two suggestions:
1)Return the item. Then after we receive and accept the brand new returned and non-used item, we will refund you USD35(What I have to remind is that the refund is the payment after deducting the shipping cost of the goods mailed by the store)
However, for returns, the customer must bear the shipping cost.
2)To keep the item, we suggest refunding you USD $5 as compensation, is that OK? After a refund, you do not need to return and could give your family or friends.

Your understanding would be highly appreciated.

Support is MIA if you are trying to return an item

Ordered a bra in size 34G from the website. I did receive the product about two weeks later which is a relief. However, the product was NOT a G cup. Maybe a B or C cup at the most. The packaging only said 75/34 and didn't specify a cup size at all. I want to return the item for a full refund. When I reach out to support to initiate a return, I get no response. I have now reached out three times leaving 1-2 business days in between. The webiste boasts "hassle-free" returns which is not what my experience has been thus far. I would happily upgrade my rating if I experienced better customer service.

Just a FAKE company with FAKE positive…

Just a fake company with FAKE positive reviews. If anyone places an order trust me you will NOT receive it. I purchased my wife 2 pair of leggings on May 4th, paid for them with credit card and never received the merchandise, no reply, no shipping info, etc. You cannot contact anyone, and emails are useless. No customer service to contact at all.

DO NOT BUY. Chinese Rip-off Fake Company

Horrible scam of a company. They are a fake Chinese company selling knock offs and using stolen content for their ads. I fell for their ads that I kept seeing on TikTok for the Filifit Sculpting Bra. Shortly after ordering I came across content creators online who had their content stolen by this company and used in their ads without their permission and the products in the videos were not the Filifit Sculpting Bra according to the original videos’ creators. I contacted the company to cancel my order and a few days later got a super generic email saying “We looked up your order and we will have it out to you soon!” I emailed back to clarify that I did not want the items and that I wanted to cancel and about a week later I received another very generic email saying “Good news, your order has shipped! Here is the tracking info.” The tracking info shows absolutely nothing and the tracking website itself seems to be sketchy and possibly not legit. It’s been over a month and still nothing has arrived. Thank god I used PayPal so I was at least able to open a case with them and get my money back. I also don’t know if this is related but I started receiving more spam emails and text messages after I made this order and even have had a few spam calls that left voicemails in Chinese. I’m almost positive this is not a coincidence and that this “company” sold my information. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE.

Do NOT BUY from this company.

Placed an order OVER a month ago for a SINGLE ITEM. Never received any email confirmation, order confirmation or anything from the company. Reached out several times and no response. Finally, after I filed a dispute with PayPal, I received a generic automated email stating that my order would "be shipping soon." Even though I paid for priority EXPRESS shipping. This was just at 2 and a half weeks past my initial order. I no longer needed the product since the event I wanted it for (why I paid for EXPRESS shipping) had come and gone.

GoChumbo sent a tracking number to PayPal (but unsurprisingly NOT to me) after I opened a dispute with my order. I looked up the tracking number and it is not associated with ANY shipping company at all and leads to nothing. I believe the tracking number was fake and just used to placate PayPal. I used my order number to look up my order in their "track order status" system (gochumbo.aftership.com) and of course it still says: "order pending". So this proves THEY LIED to Paypal when they said my order shipped.

Reached out several times via email to try and initiate the refund process with no response. It's been OVER a month now.

This company is a scam and is fake.

***READ THE OTHER REVIEWS.***

THIS COMPANY LIKES TO SEND AN AUTOMATED GENERIC RESPONSE TO BAD REVIEWS PROVING THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS.

They will say "you placed a large order, please reach out to us" even though many people say they've only ordered one thing. Also, the 5 star reviews, if you read through them, have a obvious pattern (time, number of reviews (usually 3 at a time) are are falsified by the company in order to balance out the hundreds of honest, bad reviews that they receive. PLEASE DO NOT FALL FOR THIS.

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Ordered a couple of pair of leggings…

Ordered a couple of pair of leggings for my wife almost a month ago. A couple of weeks go by and nothing. I reach out to them to try and get some information and finally do so a few days later after I threatened to contact my cc provider to cancel the order. They provide a shipping tracking number that looks completely bogus. Still no results. Do not buy nothing from this company. Not a reputable company.
