Jay made us very comfortable
Jay was very clear and detailed about the options we had.
He took us through all aspects of our chosen plan and made us feel very comfortable about choosing our option.

Andrew was lovely and polite
Andrew was very polite on time well informed about the products and service of the company he was very patient and understanding with grandson as all he wanted to do was play monster trucks was very accommodating with him Thankyou Andrew I choose the direct cremations and it was all sorted the way I wanted would definitely recommend this company and Andrew thankyou so much

Choosing the right Funersl Plan for you !
My husband and I decided to purchase a funeral plan after a friend passed away and we realised how different the process is out here in Spain . We chose Golden Leaves as we had read the reviews and arranged for a representative to call on us. We were pleasantly surprised by the promptness of this visit and the professionalism and knowledge of Gavin Paskin who talked us through the whole process and described fully the options that were available to us ! I had an appointment with Gavin, he arrived on time and put me at ease right away.
He explaind the different plans to me in detail. I was very pleased with the plan I picked. Gavin was very knowledgeable and he was very understanding.

Just had a very productive meeting with…
Just had a very productive meeting with Gavin Paskin to arrange a funeral plan for my wife and myself.
Gavin gave a very clear presentation and fully explained all the options available.
For peace of mind that we are now fully covered in the event of either of our deaths I would totally recommend Golden Leaves.

Honest and informative advice.

A new experience for myself the survivor
My husband and I only paid this plan last year and unfortunately, my husband suddenly passed away in March. I was devastated but was helped through the process by the local funeral service, provided by Autumn Leaves.
After this experience I would NEVER advocate a formal funeral plan again. Everything was handled professionally and with dignity, I was even asked if I wanted him dressed in his own clothes, which he was.
The lack of a formal service and funeral, I feel has helped me. I was kept updated regarding all of the plans for his final departure.
I knew the date of the cremation, and not having to sit through a formal service of final goodbyes helped the slow healing wound to continue its healing process without opening it sharply again.
I would and will advocate for Autumn Leaves. Wonderful and caring goodbye for my husband of 50 years.
