Encouraged me to break their T&C

The casino moved from westcasino to Goodwin casino.

After this change they sent me an email inviting me to their new platform (I live in the Netherlands). Once I registered and deposited they blocked me from playing due to jurisdictional restrictions.

The absolute audacity to invite a player who lives in the Netherlands (they know this as I completed the kyc check) and then block them from playing is simply sickening.

More importantly, they have positive reviews from people who are playing in blocked jurisdictions, which means the positive reviews are fake.

For your own good, do not play here!!!

They are not a serious and legit casino

They are not a serious and legit business but a scam.

They send out offers and campaigns you cannot take part in. You click on them and expect to get FS or whatever it was about and get nothing. You get no information of what is going on either. You can take part of promotions on their website and deposit the minimum amount requested without getting an error message, but you don't get what's promised in the promotion.

Beware that the minimum amount to withdraw is SEK 1500 which is €132/US$146. This is of course stated somewhere in their T&C's but to me shows they are not run like a genuine and serious business, they are not a legit casino. They are a scam who are trying to prevent customers from withdrawing their winnings so that they do as few payouts as possible.

Also their options for withdrawals are very limited. They only offer Skrills, something and else I've never heard of and crypto. Something I will also report and also inform Visa and Mastercard about

I made a withdrawal my account was verified and then they wanted to verify my other card which I have sent numerous times but yet I'm still waiting for my withdrawal this is an absolute joke I'm fuming no other site makes you wait like this it's a joke I wouldn't waste your money on here specially if you have to wait ages for Ur winnings UPDATE THEY HAVE JUST EMAILED ME AND SAID They HAVE CLOSED MY ACCOUNT AND VOIDED MY WINNINGS BECAUSE THE NAME DOESN'T MATCH THE CARD Even THO IT DOES AND MY IDENTITY AND ADRESS WAS VERIFIED IM SO ANGRY IVE LOST THAT MONEY I WANT TO TAKE IT FURTHER

I am not quite sure what the problem is…

I am not quite sure what the problem is with this site, because I don't have any! I have always received good customer service and any problems I've had have been dealt with effectively.
Last Friday I requested a withdrawal, I received an email from them minutes later. They informed me that I had not put tge correct information for my bank. I immediately checked, made amendments and emailed them back. Literally, minutes later, they replied saying it was all good. The money was in my account on the Monday!
My advice? Join and get your verification right, give them the information they need and don't be rude when there is a problem.

Regarding the withdrawal you mentioned, you can initiate a withdrawal once you reach the minimum amount required of 100 EUR.

Bad casino for withdrawal, casinos now days money in within an hour or instant but no not this one still waiting 4 days in and it's still pending and when u ask live support all you get is it's with the finance team who work on a first come first serve basis absolute joke won't be getting any more off me that is for sure .... AVOID.... Update been 7 days now and still no money or Evan an email been on to live support which is like talking to a robot same answers it's with the finance team absolutely shocking

I actually joined 3 weeks ago and won quite a lot of money. Then I get told to provide my ID documents to be verified. I uploaded them online then about 4 days later I get email to be told to provide additional documents like Passport and bank letters etc. So this took them 5 days and after I had uploaded the documents then in the email they are asking me for the same things. I uploaded them all again and replied to finance team email with the documents. Then I keep following up and all I get told is make sure passport photo captures all pages. But they had not sighted documents uploaded As a bank manager of over 30 years and KYC account verification was part of my job. So I know what documents are needed. Now over 10 days ago since I provided passport and 14 days since I provided other document's. I also replied to finance email as well.
They say 1-3 days for ID verification. Yet I am waiting over 10 days and don't know when this will be actioned as help desk just says finance will contact me so they are no help. The waiting continues..
NOW THEIR WEBSITE IS DOWN AS OF 1 HOUR AGO. Something wrong with their server domain. So hopefully this is rectified soon as well. Now I am even more concerned about getting any of my winnings.

I tried to be really calm and patient with goldwin and profusely explain to them that the documents they want my bank literally doesn’t work the way they are asking it too. I don’t know what to do. I won a good amount and was really enjoying the casino, they have a lot of selection but they won’t let me withdraw and i’m getting worried. Please proceed with caution. I will update if there is any changes :/ * i’ve finally been verified. Will update once i’ve done my first withdrawal! *2nd update I’ve received my first withdrawal! The process took less then three days after being verified. goldwin is 4 stars in my book. only thing holding them back is the verification speed:) Amazing wager free bonuses and lots of free spins. Sent documents and radio silence…

I am not happy with this casino they say 1 to 3 business days to verify but there has been no communication. I can’t get any answers on wether they even received my documents or if they are the required documents. Or iif I need to send some more documents. Withdrawal still pending and as long as there is a withdrawal pending they can’t give me any free spins or bonuses. I guess if you win on a weekly basis you don’t get any bonuses or free spins since they have told me it will take at least a week to process my withdrawal and that doesn’t include the time
they are taking to verify who I am. So I am looking up where I can file a formal complaint. Thank god my cousin is a lawyer who can help me get this investigated. So no reason to be waiting like this. I am off to write a letter to the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation and many others. Never use this casino

Never use this casino. When you ask to close your account because you have a gambling issue. They send you an email asking you to reconsider? I asked them twice to close it, they didn't. They just sent me an email asking why I was leaving. I was a new player and should as I hadn't had a big win yet. Do not use the cowboys

Since I’ve opened the account I only keep depositing money. Which is fair that’s the beauty of gambling. Anyhow. When i checked my bank account yesterday morning at 9am I saw a unauthorised transaction from GoldWin they manage to take the money from account at 03:20. Gave them the bank statement etc. since then had no phone calls nor email.
My issues is why they taking money unauthorised transactions? This is a serious matter that should be addressed! Stay away its not worth it..

Save your money, they delay payments as much as they can and I'm still yet to see my funds

Save your money, GOTO another casino!! After already been fully verified before I requested a $500 crypto withdrawal on the 5/3/24 and then proceeded to play and then won a little more so requested $1500 bank transfer about 4 hours later. I spent the last week talking to staff members daily about my withdrawals and was told multiple times that i had nothing to worry about I just needed to wait until my request got to the top of the queue ( apparently 6 days later) then I got an email from the finance team saying the they had cancelled my withdrawls as I need to put it all in the 1 withdrawal request.. (which I've read all terms and conditions and can't find anything that states you have to have 1 transaction only) so within 5 minutes of the email sent I did what I was asked and put in a new request for 1 transaction and the replied to the finance team email and said I had done so and asked if it could be processed now but there has been no reply, I went and spoke with customer support and all they said was your withdrawl looks good and you just need to wait for it to be processed ( the same thing I was told everyday for the last week )

AVOID AT ALL COSTS - COMPLETE SCAM

I received a welcome bonus of 200 spins and won £4.40 leaving my balance at £24 as i did not have to spend the £20 I deposited. After spinning around £15 I won £10,000 on Big Bass which was a 1000x on a £1 spin. After trying to withdraw I was told by the customer service that my bet size could not exceed £4.40 and it did at some point and that my WHOLE balance was voided. How was I still spinning my bonus winnings £15 after winning £4.40, nowhere on the site does it inform you with which funds you are using. They will catch you out with terms and conditions that will just void your balance, I have spoken to many people in the community, who suggest that these sort of T&C's are only used by sites that set out to steal your money.
