This site needs to be ban. I have been waiting 3 weeks for my withdrawal. I have been playing on this site for months. At first the withdrawal process was good. I had an account manager funds took only a few days. I then started to win big and then the problems started. Constant delays, excuses, telling me your bank is lying we sent the money. THIS IS THE UK! BANKS DONT LIE! They really do think you are stupid. I did get my funds eventually after around 2 months of constant chasing and putting well over half back in (which of course is what they want and why they do it) I took a break and then went back to play a few weeks ago. Shock same issues. Your bank rejected the funds. Ummmm funny that because you have sent money there before! Add another bank account. Done ✔️ nope name isn’t correct do it again and wait another week. So far my funds have been returned 4 times to my account and I’ve made 4 withdrawals. Pretty much lost all faith at this point but I have now reported the site as a scam and also operating illegally. Just don’t bother if your on Gamstop use someone else’s UK site or go to a local bookies. All theses overseas casinos are really not worth the hassle and are quite clearly taking advantage of people with gambling issues.

Gott sei dank bin ich stark geblieben und hab die 2K Auszahlen lassen & sie nicht wieder verspielt ( was sie aber versuchen durch die lange Verifizierung & der langen Auszahlung) drecks Anbieter....

IT'S A SCAM
Avoid this lot like the plague. They use every delaying tactic in the book to NOT verify your ID and hide the fact that you can only withdraw a minimum of £100. How they have a license to operate is beyond me.

UPDATE 30/01/24 I requested a withdrawal of £523 on 22/01/24 and over a week later it still shows as pending in my account.Live chat are well schooled in deflecting questions as to why everything takes so long. It all points to a scam.

FURTHER UPDATE 30/01/24 What surprise. As soon as the complaint went in they processed the withdrawal. AVOID

FINAL UPDATE 31/01/2024 Funds arrived in my account today and they charged a 2% withdrawal fee. Another hidden charge to try and skim a bit off punter's profits.

According to thr gambling commission I should be able to withdraw less than the minimum required (£100) but be charged a fee. Goldwin will not allow me to withdraw less and arw forcing me to spend more in order to withdraw. This is u fair business practice

Goldwin will put every obstacle in your way when it comes to withdrawing yet, they are more than happy to lure you in and take your money with their free spin offer.
If I was you, I would leave it unless you are happy to lose your £150 deposit.

After a week of waiting for a withdrawal to be processed, I had to contact them.
After providing all documentation required on email and via the uploader (which is still pending almost a week later) I again had to contact them to be told the ID was incorrect and to resend.
However, I have noticed that they have updated my personal details after viewing my documents.

Everything about Goldwin is set up to frustrate you to the point of giving up. Read all the reviews before walking through their doors.

Giving 4 stars as withdraw time did take a bit to long signed up couple months ago I always play the big bass games won 1150 account verified didn’t take long if you have the right documentation.my winnings was in my account today so you definitely do get your winnings on this site

They let you win at start then it just eats your money and the people on live chat are the most dumb people to live STAY AWAY

Ive deposited several times over the past year and a half. Ive won and they never rejected any of my withdrawls.
But, they do however take an awfully long time to figure things out. I never had a cashout take less than 8 days. Fully verified account, relatively small withdrawl request around 250$, still took almost 2 weeks.
This site isn't there to fully steal money. They only process withdrawl requests on Mondays. So if they have an excuse not approve your request, they'll take it, and you wait at least another week.
Their customer support, very nice people, and patient. But they are all liars. Dont believe them.
My opinion, this all stems from a very poor financial plan with a couple hours once a week to get things done. This casino could be a 5 star casino if they stopped screwing around woth players winnings. 2 stars because Ive successfully cashed out 5 or 6 times now, and 2 stars because they absolutley suck at doing so.

Had to leave another review, all the other reviews are true seriously do not play at this casino the stress of receiving you're withdrawal is just insane, you wait a week to hear anything about you're withdrawal which is just telling you that it's been reversed and put back in you're account for the stupidest reasons ever, then you wait another week for the same thing to happen, literally over and over, iv been trying to withdraw for over a month and a half, reversed and reversed constantly for pathetic reasons, never seeing the money iv just gave up on it if it gets reversed it's staying like that and I'm closing account, way to much stress seriously

Been waiting so long for the withdrawal they just wait till you cancel it and lose it, or the reverse it back into you're account then you have to wait twice as long to hear anything or have it processed

Wäre eigentlich ein Super Casino (tolle Einzahlungsangebote, schneller Support u.s.w.) aber die machen sich alles mit den Auszahlungen kaputt.

Man sollte mindestens mit einer Woche Wartezeit rechnen bis die Auszahlungen ankommen.
Aber immerhin kommen die an.

Im Moment warte ich sogar schon seit zwei Wochen auf meine Auszahlung.
Da mir meine Auszahlung vom 26.10.203 am 01.11.2023 zurück gebucht wurde, mit der Begründung das ich nicht mehrere Auszahlungen machen soll, sondern alle in einer zusammenfassen soll.

Like others I have been waiting for withdrawal to be processed for some time, depite verification of identity being completed.
I have spoken with live chat and received generic response as others have and have emailed finance department directly but have received no response.
I was advised had been rewarded 100 free spins as part of a promotion, however then was told i was not eligible due to a pending withdrawal. This casino has some unfair T&C’s.
I will not be depositing further until withdrawal is processed and can trust all is in order.

Schade das es keine 0 Sterne gibt , habe 20 eingezahlt mit einem bonus ohne Umsatz bedienung, habe dem bonus gespielt paar Euro gewonnen .
Danach 55 euro eingezahlt mit einem anderen Bonus der nicht gewährt wird.
Fühle mich betrogen und empfehle jedem hier nix mehr einzuzahlen.
Habe vom Kontakt Verlauf screenshot gemacht im Falle das Goldwin das Gegenteil behauptet.

Genauso wird behauptet im Chat mit dem Support das man einen bonus nicht löschen kann.
In den AGB Punkt 4.24 steht es selbst

Das Unternehmen sollte verboten werden hab 100 Euro Stegen gehabt und zahlte dann 50 Euro ein mit einem Einzahlung Bonus der nicht gut geschrieben wurde.
Nachdem ich im Support fragte wieso weshalb warum kam nur die Antwort können keinen bonus hinzufügen.
Nirgendwo steht das ein bonus nicht hinzufügt werden kann wenn man Geld stehen hat oder eine Auszahlung hat .
Hätte ich genug Geld würde ich GoldWin verklagen .
Und falls goldwin wieder eine Lüge als Antwort schreibe habe screenshot gemacht.
