Had issues with my Garmin R50 sensors freezing sometimes but the guys at golf bays swapped the unit no problem at all. The Garmin is also brilliant, literally plug in and play and you get club data (if you’ve ever wondered what your club path was doing). Honestly can’t fault it, yardages for me are realistic too and Home Tee Hero is good fun - this is my first SIM experience though. Just played Lindrick as playing there tomorrow. 5 stars all round.

First class customer service, my user error in putting up the cage net, I emailed golfbays and they called me within a few minutes and helped me to put it up correctly …. Highly recommend their products and services. Great company.

I purchased an 8x8 enclosure with a Rapsodo launch monitor. I had a few minor issues with the fit. I reached out to the company for help, and I couldn't be more pleased with the support. Rob was absolutely fantastic! He was responsive, pleasant, and very helpful.

I absolutely love the simulator. So much fun for the whole family. I get to work on my swing indoors during the winter.

Delivery was on time and the product was great but the after care service is what made it. I had problems logging and getting my sky trak up and running. One phone and 10 mins later I’m playing golf.

I recently purchased a golf simulator package utilizing the R50 Garmin Monitor. It is a 10x10 enclosure.

I am extremely happy with how easy it was to set up the enclosure. I did have questions on two occasions and Oliver at Golf Bays was very helpful.

I also had questions regarding the projector and again they were extremely helpful and responded quickly. I would recommend Golf Bays as they know what they are doing and go above and beyond to help.

Quick delivery, simple instructions on build, generally a great product, although I have noticed a slight difference in quality in the second unit I bought. The finished edges of one of the dividing sections are slightly scuffed, and the screws have went through the holes that connect that back panels to the unit. Not a disaster as they're not visible, but I know its not quite right which is a shame.

Knowledgable, helpful, friendly, reasonably priced. Perfect company to do business with, and the after sales support is exceptional.

Purchased a square golf for my first launch monitor but had some issues with loads of miss reads so contacted rob who swiftly gave me a full refund and now have the uneekor mini lite what a unit it is can’t thank rob enough for his help getting me the refund and new unit out within 48hrs
