I had several questions before buying and the staff got back promptly and were all very knowledgeable. Where the was the slightest issue with any of the products I've purchased they fixed or replace immediately. Very professional.

Golf Bays and I got off to a shaky start. I can’t say enough the length that they went too correct any communication misunderstanding that there were. I would definitely recommend Golf bays and their staff to anyone that is looking for launch monitors, etc..

Everyone at GolfBays is so helpful, whether that be on the phone and also in person. Communication was really clear and everything was delivered promptly.

Overall, now that it’s set up I am very happy with the Golfbay studio frame and screen. The issues arise with everything else that is needed to use it effectively. Primarily the Skytrak and projector. To the uninitiated these are sensitive pieces of kit. Getting them set up effectively is not easy. For me, Golfbay could really steal a march by providing instructional videos and back up that is truly idiot proof. Anyone investing in the equipment wants it to be plug and play. They just want to hit balls asap. It is far from this. It is frustrating and very time consuming. Every time I’ve contacted them they’ve been brilliant. But if I were advising them I would stress the need for an idiot proof product that eliminated the need for phone calls. They would really be onto something then. Think IKEA!

Just purchased the new garmin approach R10 portable golf launch monitor and what a piece of kit it is, would highly recommend.

I was in two minds about buying a launch monitor in October several weeks before any possible Black Friday discounts. They promised to refund the difference if the manufacturer ran a promotion so I ordered.

The Black Friday saving ended up being pretty significant and they honoured their promise immediately without quibble. I’ve now ordered a custom sized sim enclosure from them as I know they are a company I can trust.

Brilliant company…had a problem with the screen i purchased…emailed customer service about the issue and they sent me a new screen out without a problem…great service and product.

Spoke to golf bays on Monday morning for a new screen for my simbox, guy on phone was super helpful and new the anytime every question I asked.
Gave me full details on all there screens,
Tuesday lunch time the new pro screen arrived and it was better than expected, the quality was fantastic and better than anything av seen in a sim set up. Well worth the money.
