Easy to order and excellent delivery time. Just one small problem with blotchy ink , then they sent me instructions on how to resolve and now it is printing perfectly. I cannot fault their service!

The564 Compatible Printer ink problems fixed
The Printer ink that was listed as HP 564 Compatible was not recognised by my printer and it will not print. I will need to purchase the original ink.
My complaint was dealt with in a timely and positive manner and rectified even though it was partly my fault.

Hi Sherryn, thanks for speaking with us. We’re pleased we were able to identify the issue and help resolve it. The warning showing for the yellow cartridge is a normal message advising that a non-genuine cartridge has been installed. The issue with the black cartridge was that a Photo Black cartridge had been ordered, whereas your printer requires the standard Black version. As a goodwill gesture, we’ve sent the correct cartridge to you free of charge.

Having never used or even heard of Good Egg before, it’s always uncertain how it will go. Scrolling, found their website, they had the product I was looking for at a reasonable price, NZ company, so I chose them.
Prompt email reply, good communication, and the product arrived in a couple of days.

Great price, cartridge fits and works perfectly, and very prompt delivery. For someone just printing in black and white, and using infrequently, this is perfect.
