Easy to order and excellent delivery time. Just one small problem with blotchy ink , then they sent me instructions on how to resolve and now it is printing perfectly. I cannot fault their service!

I cannot be more complimentary about the wonderful help and service from both Mark and Jeremy. Being 76 years old I was having difficulty in replacing the Toner in my Brother Printer. I had purchased a toner cartridge from InkNZ and didn’t realise that I had in fact thrown the drum out with the old toner cartridge. When couldn’t get any answer from InkNZ I contacted GoodEgg and they have sorted it out perfectly and now it is working perfectly! New Drum delivered quickly and put new Toner in and away it went using the Video emailed to me by the boys!!!

The Brother compatible toner was very well priced and the delivery was fast (even during Xmas/New Year period). Everything was simple and easy and works well.

This thing is total trash
This thing is total trash. It won't connect to the network, so you buy a USB cable. It asks you to install a print driver. You do. It works. It then says you don't have a print driver installed.
It. Never. Just. Prints.

Sorry to hear you’ve had such a rough time with your printer. We’ve checked our system and can’t find any orders under your name, so we’re not sure which purchase this relates to.
If you did buy something from us, we’re happy to help get it sorted. Just flick us your order number or the email you used at checkout and we’ll take a proper look. Network setup issues can be frustrating, but they’re usually fixable with the right steps.
