I took my shoes in to the Shoe Doctor in Fairview Park Mall. Amazing how he resoled my shoes. As good or better then new. Replaced the complete sole with Italian leather soles.

Excellent service at Wilson Niblett GM dealer
After leaving my Buick Regal parked for 2 months, the battery died completely. Attempting to charge the battery with a home charger failed. I called the dealership at 5:00 PM on a Tuesday. The General Manager answered the phone. After some explaination, the GM said he would personally come to my home next morning to boost the battery. The next morning, he promptly showed up and boosted the battery. I drove the car to the dealership and he charged the battery for me at no cost. His service is beyond anything I have expected. Service at this dealership is excellent.

Service on a gas fireplace Brantford
Andy from Hearth and Home came out to give us some help with our gas fireplace.
Not only did he stress what MIGHT go wrong with possible renovations we were thinking he suggested some great alternatives. We would end up doing less work with an equally pleasant look.
Mostly the piece of mind he gave us from a safety angle is beyond commendable.
His genuine concern and willingness to help is so unusual in the current climate of the world.
We appreciate his professionalism and I cannot say enough positive about Andy

Worst customer support EVER!
If I could give zero stars I would. A friend gave me three google play gift cards worth $10 each. Two of the three cards had unreadable activation codes once I scratched off the film over the code as per the instructions on the cards. I reached out to google support and have dealt with three representatives who all say they won't help me activate my cards as they were damaged or destroyed. I sent pictures showing them the cards were in excellent condition other than the code that came off which is a product fault not mine. They still won't help me redeem the whopping $20 that my friend spent on these cards so essentially they are stealing her money. Not sure why a multimillion dollar company would create such a frustrating experience for a customer over $20. I've filed complaints with the BBB and consumer Canada so hopefully contact with them will wake up the non existing customer support in this case. WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT EVER so stay away if you value your money. If you have trouble redeeming the cards they'll most likely find a way to get out of getting you your money.
Oh and all my requests to elevate my issue to a manager were ignored. The first representative even said a manager would say the same thing but never put me through to anyone.
Dealt with three different "customer support" employees and all of them were absolutely useless. They didn't take the time to read the information being sent to them but instead just kept spewing the same robot message over and over. They must really want that $20.

Hi so recently I purchased a sex doll & a sex toy from Joy Love Doll company. I received the doll and to my dismay she had no legs! As for the toy at just under $300 it was not even there. I called and emailed them several times and have had just one interaction which resulted in them taking me they see my order and will find out what happened. It has now been 3 months and not only no response when I call the number provided a machine answer in different language. Watch out for this high class looking site! I'm extremely disoponted!

'Heizungsblut' - MIT VORSICHT zu nutzen!!
MIT VORSICHT zu nutzen!! Was uns ein Vereinskamerad und Schützenbruder berichtet hat: Die LMP GmbH aus Hamburg hat ein NEUARTIGES Heizmedium für alle Heizsysteme erfunden die bislang „traditionell“ mit wassergefüllten Kreislaufsstemen arbeiten. Sie nennen es (etwas reißerisch, was zunächst einmal eher mehr Skepsis als Überzeugung auslöst) „Heizungsblut“; aber - es scheint zu funktionieren. Die Effekte sind WEITGEHEND wie im Firmenprospekt beschrieben. Wir haben im Februar 2o21, zur kältesten Periode des vergangenen Winters, unsere Anlage mit diesem Mittel befüllen laßen und mußten als Erstes die Parameter in der Anlagensteuerung (Niveau und Steilheit) ändern, es wurde mit den alten Einstellungen zu warm. Da die Anlage von Anfang Mai bis Ende September nur im „Warmwasserbetrieb“ lief, konnten wir in diesem Bereich feststellen, daß das Aufheizen spürbar schneller ging als bisher. Wie im Prospekt der Firma beschrieben (und „bejubelt“), scheint das Mittel zudem tatsächlich Ablagerungen im geschlossenen System zu lösen und einen Metallschutz zu bilden. ALLERDINGS, und das ist das erste Problem: es „unterwandert“ durch seine Dünnflüssigkeit auch die früher standardmäßig eingesetzten HANFdichtungen der Verschraubungen an den Heizkörpern, was in Altinstallationen MINDESTENS ZU „TROPFLECKAGEN“ an diesen Stellen führen kann! Ein “Phänomen“, das der Firma bekannt zu sein scheint, wird es doch vom GF der LMP GmbH, NORBERT LÜBBKE, in seinen „Einbauhinweisen 2o19“ (incl. Abhilfe) sogar EXPLIZIT beschrieben. … was der „Montagetrupp“ aber "geflissendlich" zu ignorieren scheint, da das Dichtungsmittel von LIQUI MOLY, das mit in den Heizkreislauf gepumpt werden muß, offenbar „nicht ganz billig“ zu sein scheint! UND DA BEGINNT DAS HAUPTPROBLEM - das „Sub-Sub-Sub-Vertriebssystem“ der LMP GmbH; die Falle, in die wir auch (a. G. mangelder Vorsicht) getappt sind! Ohne es zu realisieren, haben wir den Auftrag nicht an die LMP erteilt, sondern einen Vertrag mit einem „Vertriebspartner“, einem „Franchiser“ aus Bremen-Nord geschloßen, der mit der Ausführung wiederum einen selbständigen Heizungsbauer aus seiner Region beauftragt hat! Die Folge: als wir an 2 Stellen unseres Systems mit 21 unterschiedlichen Heizkörpern die o. b. „Tropfleckagen“ feststellen mußten und von der LMP in Hamburg NACHBESSERUNG verlangt haben, wurde uns gesagt: „LMP hat Ihnen das System NICHT umgerüstet, Sie müßen sich an Ihren Vertragspartner bzw. den ausführenden Heizungsbauer wenden“ (auf den der Franchiser logischerweise auch sofort verwiesen hat). ... und DER ist (natürlich) nicht erreichbar! Selbstverständlich war Lübbke sofort bereit, uns bei der Problembeseitigung zu unterstützen: Wir sollten sogar "Sonderkonditionen" für das Dichtungsmittel erhalten, das Einpumpen in unser System würde der Heizungsbauer sicherlich übernehmen, aber alles - AUF UNSERE KOSTEN!!! UNSERE WARNUNG DESHALB: Wer diese innovative Neuerung einsetzen will, sollte DEN VERTRAG NUR UND AUSSCHLIEßLICH MIT DER LMP IN HAMBURG DIREKT MACHEN UND NICHT MIT DEM FRANCHISER AUS BREMEN-NORD!! (egal, wen die dann mit der Durchführung beauftragen!) Und es sollte abgeklärt werden WAS IM FIRMENPROSPEKT NICHT ‚WIRKLICH’ BESCHRIEBEN IST: in ALTEN Heizungsanlagen, mit Stahlheizkörpern (welcher Art auch immer) ist dieses „Medium“ MIT VORSICHT UND VORBEHALT einzusetzen! Im Übrigen weist der GF darauf hin, daß ein "Energieberater" bei der Umstellung angebl. 2o% Förderung beantragen könne.....
