I had a mis fortune of damaging my grand design 5th wheel on the way to Spokane Washington. Once you're riding at my destination I contacted grand design back in Indiana and they recommended I contact click IT RV. My insurance company did not conduct business in Washington state and therefore took 4 estimators to Come to an agreement on repairs and cost and 3 months to agree to costs. The cost of repairs were not out of line it was all the insurance company dragging their knuckles Since they didn't do business in the state of Washington everything was done over the phone be a email and then quitting of The estimated along the line. Once you agree it was made click it It would take 4 weeks Make repairs. The gentleman that I worked with at clickett RV with Steve Yamada Steve was awesome to work with I called him every week sometimes twice a week checking on the progress and was more than gracious and upfront and honest with me every time on Timeline what was holding things up and what I could do to make things move along including contact insurance company to help him get the appropriate going. My son lives in the area was the reason for the visit in the 1st place and when my son would stop by to check on the repairs and look over the progress Steve was more than happy to show him around and give him a tour and update. The date I was given and agreed to was 6 weeks As we need agreed to Considering all the parts in materials were coming from back east I told Steve it was going to take 6 weeks rather than 4 to get this done. And it was 6 weeks to the day. Grand design was awesome for them to deal with they were awesome with me in suggesting click ITRV and the other RV companies to stay away from in the area as they have received negative feedback from other grand design owners. When my wife's son and I went to pick up The 5th wheel They had it out ready for inspection And gave us the full background on everything they did For repairs from The pictures they took when they received it to pictures they took along the way of the repair to the final product. To look at the final completed product you could not tell that anything ever happened to my RV and it looks like it should coming right off the factory Production line. The manager Wax Came out with Steve and walk the 3 of us through The repairs And look over the repairs and make sure that everything seem to work and to let us know that if we had any issues to contact them They would take care of it.1 of the propane tanks filled at purchasing RV company was over tightened and could not be opened by hand. Wax had one of his crew fix it for us. If you were ever in the Spokane area and need any kind of work done to your RV You need to stop by click it On highway 2Periods and get this. Get your work done Ask for Steve or wax As they will take care of you like your family.
Worst Experience Ever!!!
Holiday Inn Express & Suites located at 2958 Braselton Crossing Lane, Braselton, Georgia 30517. After driving for over 11 hours, my husband and I arrived close to 9pm at night with our 3lb service dog only to be attacked upon entering the hotel. We were completely exhausted and ready to get what we hoped to be a nights rest, but instead we were met with a barrage of all kinds of private medical questions and even upon telling them our dog was wearing his ID tags and we had official documentation, they insisted they did not allow any kind of pets whatsoever. (Though their website clearly states that service animals are permitted). We told them that we were not obligated to answer such intrusive medical questions and that their refusal to allow us access to our reservation was an ADA compliance violation. My husband is a veteran who is handicapped and the trip was extremely difficult for him and then to be denied our reservation at 9pm at night and have to go back out in the freezing rain with no place to go was completely unimaginable. After almost 2 hours on the phone driving around, we were finally able to find another place to stay many miles away. The hotel staff was not only unprofessional with us but, also refused to release our reservation points and stated that they were going to charge us a cancellation fee too. They acted extremely volatile and showed no care whatsoever, instead insisted that this hotel was independently owned and the owner could do whatever he wanted. We have since made a complaint with IHG and Corporate Management within Holiday Inn Club and have not received a response.

If I could give 100 stars, that would not be enough for Rhonda. She is the Champion of Customer Service. I was freaking out due to my lease payment being returned. I was advised by another Pathlight associate who said our checking account was closed, and the payment was returned. Of course I was upset, but Rhonda listened to me attentively without interruption. She addressed my concerns with great empathy, and took the next steps to resolve. She kept her word to contact me with updates. Rhonda is a gem, and Pathlight is blessed to have her. Rhonda you are an All Star! Thank you for everything!
MAHMOUD MOTAZ, a SCAM artist.
On Nov. 2, I bought a battery charger from Mahmoud Motaz, selling through ZORSTORE.COM. I paid $58.44, using my credit card. I paid through PayPal, because they supposedly do not charge my card until the sale is verified.
BUT the sale was passed through IMMEDIATELY. An hour later, my credit card company emailed me, saying that it was a scam and they cancelled the invoice.
PayPal suggested it might be a scam, BUT then they said it was OK. Also, they said after I complained, that it was very similar to other transaction in the past.
I did not get a confirmation of sale and I have not gotten the product.
PayPal and my bank failed in their fiduciary responsibility. Only my credit card company did their job and tried to protect me.
I am in the process if closing my PayPal account and I will soon be changing banks. I will NEVER do business trough PayPal again. I'm done with them, even though I've relied on their secure software for years.
My current bank is Bank OZK. They refuse to acknowledge that their software is crap. It should have caught this scam.
BEWARE: avoid buying through ZORSTORE.COM or MAHMOUD MOTAZ, unless you enjoy losing money . And be careful dealing with PayPal. They do not stand behind their promises.
MOTAZ, in particular, seems an experienced scammer.

If you invested money in this cheating platform forget about that money atleast you can save the time. They will keep calling you to invest more money and never allow you to withdraw money. Not regulated platform but still they will give you fake registration numbers. I'm adding this review to save some innocent people

Nexon Groups the online trading platform don't fall for it. The platform is not working properly. I have problems accessing the platform now is the 3rd time, the message I am getting is "Hmmm' this page can't be reached".
They changed from nexongroups.com to nexongroups.io and it is the same problem. I can no longer contact any body from Nexon Groups the trading platform the support email address is no longer working and the account manager email address is no longer working either. Is it a scam? Possible.

The neighbourhood plumber In Sherwood Park is the best!! Had a main tap problem and getting the water shut off, this guy could have stayed and dragged out the hours need to fix it, (like some plumbers would have done) BUT he suggested cancelling the water turn off and calling ANOTHER plumber who could freeze the pipes and be done in half the time it took to have the water shut off.
He even made a phone call to a business he has only seen drive around.
got the problem solved the next day and at a cost thats was manageable.
I think if he hadnt done what he did then the cost of the repair would have been in the thousands.

His quote on his business is: Doing it right the first time! What a farce, he just takes your money and runs. In April 2022, after we discovered that our rental home at Birmingham, Alabama had been poorly managed by another property management company, to the point that Section 8 of HUD stopped paying the rent subsidy to that company for a total of three months, partly retroactive due to delayed repairs. We were desperately looking for a buyer to take over the property as we were unable to know what other property management company we can trust. We have tried two companies up to that point with disastrous results. None of the offers came to fruition. Fortunately, I came about a list of property management companies. I started to make inquiries to various companies and individuals. Ms. Sweeney was very quick to respond to my inquiry. She was very efficient and caring that she took me by the hand and helped me through the process of properly terminating Section 8, gave notice to our tenant that repairs had to be made to the home and served her eviction notice as she had not paid rent for several months due to the lack of repairs to her complaints. Ms. Sweeney and Mr. Matt Farris, Project Coordinator, immediately went to work and gave me a couple of repair estimates to add insulations in the attic, repaired the damaged floor and a few other construction defects. Within a month, the home was ready for new tenants. Ms. Sweeney had Decas Group's realtors to screen tenants for us and the home was immediately rented with approximately $250 more rent than Section 8 was willing to pay.
Since that time, our bank account has been receiving monthly rent payment on time without worries. There has been hardly any repair requested by our tenant as Ms. Sweeney and Mr. Matt Farris have great contacts with high quality construction companies to work on their properties. What a great relief that we have not had to pay out large amounts of our rent for never ending repairs by those other property management companies.
We are most grateful to Decas Group for their extraordinary customer services provided by their highly devoted property manager Ms. Paige Sweeney and Project Coordinator Mr. Matt Farris. This team considers the company's business as their own and treats the company's customers with great care and attention. You will never go wrong with the Decas Group when Ms. Sweeney and Mr. Farris are at the helm. Our heartfelt appreciation to Ms. Sweeney, Mr. Farris and the Decas Group Property Management Company. They are phenomenal.
