Took over a month to get my candles
Took over a month to get my candles. Couldn't get any information on when I would get them, no shipping details or anything. I prepaid for these candles and customer service was horrible. I got an email after I got my candles telling me when my candles would arrive. A lot of help that did.

Your customer service lacks empathy, is factually incorrect and is undeservedly condescending. I’m the director of a large customer service center in Florida and now use you as an example of why people stop doing business with companies. Has not been delivered almost 3 weeks now. Horrible customer service! 13 emails in. Being treated like a criminal. I was a 1st time buyer. Never again. No explanation needed refund. Trash company Going back to bath and bodywork

Goose Creek is doing everything right…
Goose Creek is doing everything right you will love all the smells of all their products if you ever have a problem with anything they will go above all to fix it. I’ve had a couple mishaps that they fixed right away. They replaced the product with no questions asked except for they did ask some questions so they could improve the product so it would not happen again I think I’m addicted to goose Creek candles and oils

I love goose Creek candles they're very reasonable. they always have good sales and their candles are wonderful. customer service is unbeatable. the delivery is in a good fair amount of time. I hardly buy any other candles other than goose Creek. I highly recommend.
