Nous ne partageons évidemment pas cette description, mais nous respectons que chacun ait son opinion.

Ich wollte mein Leasingfahrzeug früher…
Ich wollte mein Leasingfahrzeug früher auslösen, da ich das Auto bereits verkauft hatte. Ich war bereit, alle offenen Beträge sofort zu begleichen – inklusive allfälliger Gebühren –, einfach um den Vertrag vorzeitig zu beenden und das Auto auf den neuen Käufer zu übertragen.
Trotz mehrfacher, höflicher Nachfrage erhielt ich von Gowago und der Migros Bank immer dieselbe Antwort:
• Eine Kündigung ist nur mit 30 Tagen Frist auf Ende des Folgemonats möglich.
• Die Schlussrechnung wird erst Ende November erstellt.
• Vorher kann und darf das Fahrzeug nicht freigegeben werden – selbst wenn man heute den vollen Betrag bezahlt.
• Das Original der Kündigung muss zudem per Post eingeschickt werden, digital reicht nicht.
Ich habe das Auto also verkauft, doch der Käufer musste vom Kauf zurücktreten, weil er nicht bis Ende November warten kann. Nun sitze ich auf dem Fahrzeug fest, obwohl ich alles bezahlt hätte, nur um den Vertrag früher zu beenden.
Ich habe Verständnis, wenn es Regeln gibt – aber andere Leasinggesellschaften zeigen, dass es auch kundenfreundlich und lösungsorientiert geht. Bei Gowago scheint das leider nicht möglich zu sein: starre Prozesse, kein Entgegenkommen, keine Flexibilität.
Die Kommunikation war zwar stets freundlich, aber am Ende bleibt das Gefühl, dass man als Kunde einfach im System gefangen ist.
Sehr schade – das war definitiv mein erstes und letztes Mal bei Gowago.

Hallo AP,
das ist wirklich ärgerlich – und das müssen wir auf unsere Kappe nehmen. Sorry dafür. Wir verstehen absolut, wie frustrierend es ist, wenn man alles regeln möchte und dann an Prozessen hängenbleibt. Glaub uns: Wir sind genauso frustriert, denn auch wir wollen schnell, agil und kundenorientiert sein.
Wir arbeiten gemeinsam mit der Migros Bank daran, solche Abläufe zu verbessern. Im Hintergrund stehen allerdings Systeme und etablierte Prozesse, die nicht ganz einfach zu knacken sind – und an denen oft ein ganzer Rattenschwanz an Abhängigkeiten hängt.
Und dein Feedback – so weh es tut – hilft uns, bei diesem Thema intern den Beweis zu haben, wie wichtig es ist, und dafür zu sorgen, dass es in der Priorität weiter nach oben rückt.
Danke, dass du dein Erlebnis so offen teilst. Wir hoffen, wir dürfen irgendwann auf eine zweite Chance zählen – um dir zu zeigen, wie es sich anfühlt, wenn alles so läuft, wie es soll.

At the beginning they seem friendly and helpful: to open the leasing they are quick and follow you step by step. But if you later encounter problems or need clarifications regarding insurance or administrative matters… good luck. The answer will probably arrive after Elon Musk lands on Mars.
Main issues encountered:
• Non-existent after-sales service: embarrassingly slow, with late or incomplete replies.
• Poor communication: lack of direct competence in the official national languages.
• Total lack of transparency: they don’t allow you to speak directly with the bank providing the leasing.
• Minimal structure: it seems there are only two people in all of Switzerland managing important cases.
• Always present when it comes to collecting money, but absent when you ask for a statement or clarification.
In conclusion: they look good at first, but you only discover the real truth later. Personally, I will never have anything to do with Gowago again.

Buying a car at Gowago - the way it should be done!
The friendly staff at Gowago (especially Mireia and Genci) made my process of finding a suitable car for me very quick and easy. They also made sure I got all the necessary documents I needed for the export. Not only that, they were available to help me with clearing up a misunderstanding with the transport agency at the border, ensuring my export process went as smoothly as possible, which I am extremely grateful for, because the export can be a proper nightmare. Also, since the car came with the German instruction manual, and I don't speak German, they got me the manual in English, without even me asking for it, and at no extra charge! They also made a refund to my account for one service I accidentally over-payed for, without me even realizing it! For all these reasons, I cannot recommend them enough - if you need a car in Switzerland, Gowago is your go-to company!

Nach mehreren Leasing-Erfahrungen bei AMAG, Merbag und Emil Frey kann ich eines mit voller Überzeugung sagen: Gowago war mit Abstand das beste Erlebnis. Kein Papierkram, kein Herumtelefonieren, kein Verhandlungszirkus – einfach digital, schnell und reibungslos. Vom ersten Klick bis zur Fahrzeugübernahme: glasklar, kundenfreundlich, effizient. Wir haben 3 Autos über Gowago.
Ich habe Gowago bereits mehreren Leuten empfohlen – und alle hatten die gleiche positive Erfahrung.
Und noch ein Wort zu den schlechten Bewertungen: Manche sind echt daneben. Nicht zu empfehlen
Es fing anfangs an ich hab ein auto gesehen sie haben mir den Vertrag bereit gemacht boom das auto war weg und ich musste ein neues suchen.
Von da an alles gut bis zum leasingende da fing es wieder an, zuerst meinten sie um das auto zu kaufenist der Restwert 26.000.- dabei steht auf meinem vertrag 15.000.- sie meinte dann sie habe etwas falsch angeschaut katastrophal. Nicht nur dass als ich sagte ich möchte gerne das Auto kaufen da schon in 10 tagen das leasing abläuft durfte ich 5 tage (von montag bis freitagabend) auf eine antwort warten und auf die rechnung warten.
Nun ja dann war das leasing beendet ich stand da mit meinem auto ohne nichts da ich keine neue versicherung abschliessen konnte solange sie den Halterwechsel etc freigegeben haben. Während der leasingzeit waren sie freundlich jederzeit erreichbar jetzt wo das leasing abgelaufen ist bekomme ich kaum mehr antworten muss nach jedem Mail anrufen um eine Antwort zu kriegen.

danke für dein ehrliches Feedback – und schade, dass es am Ende so holprig wurde.
Zum Thema falscher Restwert: Da ist uns tatsächlich ein Fehler passiert – sorry dafür. Das hätte nicht passieren dürfen, und wir verstehen, dass das Vertrauen kostet und erntschuldigen uns für diesen Patzer.
Zum Thema Occasionsauto: Occasionen sind Einzelstücke und je beseer der Deal, desto schneller sind sie weg. – wenn ein Modell reserviert oder verkauft wird, kann es sein, dass es kurz danach nicht mehr verfügbar ist. Das ist bei Gebrauchtwagen normal, aber natürlich trotzdem ärgerlich. Oft können wir Autos abr für 48h reservieren und dann kannst du sicher sein, dass der Deal für dich gesichert ist, während wir den Leasingantrag prüfen.
Und zur Frage des Halterwechsels: Wenn du least, bist du bereits der Halter. Wenn du das Auto am Ende übernimmst, bleibt der Halter gleich – es ändert sich nur der Eigentümer (von der Bank zu dir).

We were having a bus from them...
We were having a bus from them.... Already startet funny. We got a defect bus, then they changed. After one year they was taking the bus back, because our company got bankrupt, the car was private leased. It's ok. And we find out now, that the bank still want even more money, than the bus would cost originally, even that they got it back, in a good condition. Most probably, they already even sold it. WTF??? The worst ever lease company! I would not recommend.

Hallo Faransis. du hast recht – die Verzögerung bei den Rechnungen darf nicht passieren, und das tut uns wirklich leid. Wir arbeiten gemeinsam mit unseren Partnern daran, das sauber zu lösen – klingt einfach, ist aber eine ziemliche Kette von Abhängigkeiten. Nicht dein Problem, klar, aber vertrau uns: Wir sind dran. Und dein Feedback hilft, den Druck hochzuhalten.
Dass es beim Rechnungsprozess gehakt hat, nervt – keine Frage. Die gute Nachricht: Dein Auto kam pünktlich und reibungslos an, genau wie versprochen. Und genau darauf bauen wir unser Erlebnis auf.
Beim nächsten Mal holen wir uns hoffentlich ein paar Sterne mehr zurück – der eine tut weh.

Bonjour,
Au moment du leasing, j’aurais pu faire partie de tous ces nombreux avis positifs sur Gowago. En effet, rapide efficace, très bon contact. Malheureusement, je viens de rendre la voiture et la surprise est de taille, une belle facture à payer à la sortie (l’équivalent de 6 mois de leasing) car il y a des dégâts qui n’entrent pas dans les garanties malgré le all-in-one J’ai payé le tout inclus en étant persuadé d'être à l’abri de tous les soucis. J’en ai jamais eu autant de problèmes qu’avec Gowago je me bats entre courriers à la Fédération romande des consommateurs, Gowago et mon assurance RC etc…. Mes journées sont remplies de tracasseries. Ils ont repris la voiture sans états des lieux avec moi et 4 jours plus tard, il me reclame une grosse somme de réparation suite à des impacts de grêle et autres égratignures, des photos et un montant global sans détail le tout en allemand. Je ne sais pas ou ils ont entreposé la voiture et en effet de la grêle est tombée après la remise du véhicule. J’ai essayé d’atteindre par téléphone la personne qui m’a envoyé la facture par courriel, on m’a répondu que celle-ci ne parle pas français, je devais écrire. Que fait donc cette fameuse assurance qui vous couvre de tout et le service impeccable lors de la prise du leasing ? Tout est en allemand et aucune traduction n’est possible . Il n’y a aucun détail dans leur devis et personne ne parle français dans le service de reprise véhicule. Une publicité mensongère et ils sont sans scrupules malgré le all-in-one….Ils ne veulent rien entendre. ABE je vous tiens au courant de la suite des événements. Bon courage à tous…

On comprend : recevoir une facture après un leasing n’est jamais agréable. Mais soyons clairs sur le fonctionnement du leasing automobile et de l’assurance en Suisse.
Oui, l’assurance est incluse dans votre mensualité – mais elle ne couvre pas tout automatiquement. Quand un dommage survient, c’est au conducteur de le déclarer à l’assurance et de suivre la procédure prévue. Si vous prenez un véhicule en leasing, vous en êtes aussi responsable : on ne peut pas simplement le rendre abîmé et s’attendre à ce qu’aucun frais ne s’applique.
Après la restitution, le partenaire de leasing officiel effectue une inspection complète. Tout dommage non déclaré ou non réparé est ensuite facturé selon le rapport certifié – ce qui est la procédure standard pour tous les leasings en Suisse.
Et juste pour situer les choses : sur Google, plus de 1 000 clients ont noté Gowago.ch avec une moyenne de 4.6 étoiles. Donc non, tout ne va pas si mal 😉
