Danny (Danko) was an excellent instructor. He kept the class engaged and informative with a side of humor.

Bonsy Yelsangi held a well-structured, well-coordinated, and easy to understand ScrumMaster course. The comprehensive notes and multiple visuals provided were particularly helpful, allowing ample opportunity to review the content, deepen my understanding, and fully engage with the material at my own pace.

Raj was an excellent instructor! Despite being a small class, the experience was engaging, interactive, and personalized. He explained concepts thoroughly, incorporated visual learning, and used humor to keep the class enjoyable. I especially appreciated his willingness to share practical advice and provide support for our continued growth beyond the classroom. I passed my CSM certification on the first try, and I would highly recommend Raj to anyone looking to become a Certified ScrumMaster!

Disappointed. Completed class but no certificate. Hard to get a straight answer from trainer. Difficult to contact customer service; phone goes straight to voicemail, likely will NOT do any further training with GrabAgile.

I've worked on Scrum teams for years without really getting the why. Turns out Scrum is a framework, not a process. Most of what I'd picked up on the job was each company's own interpretation of it. Our instructor, Danny (Danko) Kovatch, was fantastic.

I also learned a lot from my classmates. We had people from financial services, government, logistics, and software, and each of them approached Scrum differently at their organization.

Bonsy is knowledgeable and structured the class in a collaborative forms allowing us to learn through relevant engagement. The course materials were clear and easy to read and understand. Plenty of opportunities to apply information and receive clarity on any questions or concerns.

Easy to register. Great instructors and materials. Good value for the money.

Bonsey's teaching style was a great fit for me. She kept the class well organized, engaging, and easy to follow. Her calm approach, attention to detail, and thorough explanations helped create a positive learning environment that kept everyone involved. The material was valuable, and the breakout sessions were especially helpful for applying what we learned and connecting with others. I would definitely recommend this class.

Our instructor gave us relevant examples, kept the delivery fun, and made it worth our time. The people who were in the cohort were also a great group who shared great example and actively participated.

Bonsy was fantastic. I loved the way she runs the two day course. As a Sprint! Very creative to reinforce the principles of part of what a Scrum Master does. The breakout sessions were really well done to focus in a team setting to again reinforce the core learning course objectives. I would highly recommend her if you are interested in getting certified.
