Grafterr Support always has my back
If I'm facing any issues or I have a question, I can always turn to their team. They always respond quickly on WhatsApp or if it's a more serious problem I usually raise a ticket.

I used this company for a few months then had 2 technical issues with them, totalling £320. I contacted their customer support several times to try and resolve these issues but was just ignored every time. Phoned them and was told technical support is only available via app/email (which they ignore). Have now switched to Squareup.com, love their attention to detail.

I contacted Neil today to integrate my new payment machine, he was fantastic, great communication. It was a lot faster than expected and it was all sorted within 30 minutes ! Wouldn’t of been able to

I've been utilising the Grafterr POS system, kiosks, and web ordering platform to streamline my ordering processes across multiple channels. Grafterr POS is incredibly user-friendly and straightforward, making it a breeze to manage my takeaway operations. What I particularly appreciate is their pizza management feature, which allows me to customize every single pizza item on our menu to perfection.
We opted for web ordering in addition to the POS system, and it's been a game-changer. Many of our customers now place orders directly through our website, bypassing JustEat. This has not only saved us a significant amount of money in commission fees but has also made our customers happier since they can collect reward points.
Moreover, we've made great use of Grafterr's marketing suite, sending out SMS campaigns on a weekly basis. These campaigns have consistently brought in repeat customers, boosting our business.
Around three months ago, we introduced kiosks to our restaurant, and they've been a hit. Our customers love the convenience and the promotions offered through the kiosk feature have increased the average order size. This has also allowed us to reduce our staffing needs, which has been a lifesaver during our hiring challenges.
It's worth noting that Grafterr offers telephone support and ticket-based support. While it may seem limited, the support is prompt and doesn't come with any extra costs.
In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend Grafterr to any takeaway business looking to enhance its operations and customer experience.

Prior I was utilizing pet pooja yet when I had caught wind of this product I got dazzled by the services whichever they are providing with low costing. I am currently using Grafterr pos, and I am very pleased with it.

Unbelievably bad.retained 100%of my sales 3 times this year without explanation.it takes an endless amount of emails to sort anything out.cant talk to anyone.its all app or email and they just give an answer and then close your case!now I have a customer that had money taken from his bank account after Grafterr declined the transaction,then Grafterr deny that they had the money even though I can prove they did.I would sue but doubt they would pay even then..

Attention, beautiful ads, nice shows and in fact they are scammers do not withdraw money on time, they cheat and steal from your account.
