Very proficient service by very personable, efficient and excellent engineer (Byron Day). Appointment was as scheduled and work was carried out with care and pains were taken to keep environment of gas fire tidy and clean.

The team were absolutely first-class. They arrived on time, they got on with the job, their work was professional and efficient, and they were not only friendly but great to have around the house.
